Thanks for the suggestion, I tried to tighten the cooler (which is the stock one with the shitty plastic clips), but nothing changed.Have you tried tightening the CPU cooler a bit?
I will buy one and try if it beeps any error codes.You can order a bunch of PC beepers for cheap
The CPU has integrated graphics, which I use.You using onboard video or a GPU?
I didn't know that it can POST without an HDD, so I tried to boot 4 times with just the CPU, CPU fan and 1 DIMM in a different slot each time, but no beeps (which I assume the motherboard doesn't make) and nothing on the screen. I'll try again with a beeper.Having a HDD connected isn't necessary to get to the POST screen so I would disconnect it for troubleshooting.
I will try to find a DVI cable and try that port as well, the cables/monitors work fine with other computers.That motherboard has 3 different onboard video ports. Maybe the port or cable you are using is bad.
