Well, I'm interested in both the question of whether Nina has a green card, and whether Nina is being paid to do work.

That's a huge problem if they're going to seek institutional funding. Even if you've already decided who is getting the job, you need to at least maintain the illusion of an open and fair recruitment process if you want institutional money.

Greta can't even maintain the illusion of not being a giant ogre of a violent man.
