I really wonder what this means if indeed the message was related to Dan and family trying to get Kayla to take the plea deal. Putting on my tinfoil hat: Either Kayla needed no convincing, or is she is impossible to convince thanks to Nick. Either way, it’s very possible she’s made a decision.

I wouldn't be too sure on that last part. He's on the witness list against Nick. He could become relevant again here fairly soon.

I agree though that, post-Nick, he's gonna slip back into obscurity. I have consistently said he wouldn't have rated this thread but for his involvement with Nick.

Quite frankly, I don't see what Melton and those other alogs ever saw in him. Like, he's a cow, sure, but like C-tier at best. Those Reddit niggers need to read more Kiwifarms. It would probably blow their minds.

If Aaron manages to get himself arrested somehow because of his show THEN I will consider him a decent lolcow. Otherwise his entertainment is directly related to his involvement with Balldo.

If you were a prosecutor, would you call Aaron? He has been talking about the case and his hatred of the defendant for months now. At his white trash "live event" this week, he discussed at length a hypothetical scenario that if he was gay, he would fuck Rekieta in the ass and destroy his asshole.

The cross would be horrific, even with the Barnes-adjacent lawyer that Balldo has running the case. The state has a clean, open-and-shut case without the freakshow shit that would elicited on cross.

He is sinking back to obscurity- views and money are down. He said everything there was to say about this case, and the reality is he is just very boring. We already are getting the cope about how the internet sucks and the radio industry is going to pick him up again soon.

Nick's probably watching all of Aaron's streams like a hawk, so when Aaron talked about this on the air Nick hit up Kayla's dad and showed him Aaron immediately talking about it on the air and soured Kayla's dad on reaching out to Aaron. Surely, and it should go without saying, that there's discretion that should be afforded when you get contacted as Aaron was contacted. Instead, he turns around and uses it for show content. What a dumbass.

You completely missed the point I am making. It doesn't matter whether I would call Aaron or not. It may or may not be the dumbest move the state could make. That's not the point though.

He's on the witness list. That suggests there is a chance he will actually be called to testify.

Now, it seems to me that, with that in mind, the proper time to appraise how much more of this situation Aaron can milk is after Nick's case is resolved (one way or another).

It's actually worse than that: The author of this compilation emailed it to prosecutors, judges, the sheriff's office, first wife's lawyer, first wife, Aaron, and cc'd Melton. According to Melton it was professionally drafted so there's a better chance recipients won't just dismiss it outright. It really bothered Aaron, tipping his hand by ranting about how his detractors want to kill him, crucify him, and etc. He's still coping it's up to the HRO petitioner to get the courts to slap him on the wrist. If that were the case, why is there a hearing a week from now in the first place?
