Sutton man, 61, who chanted ‘who the f*** is Allah’ jailed​

A 61-year-old man made threatening gestures at police and chanted “who the f*** is Allah” during large-scale disorder in Whitehall has been jailed for 18 months.

David Spring, of Longfellow Road in Sutton, was part of a group who confronted police officers during a gathering of around 700 people near Downing Street on July 31.

Prosecutor Alexander Agbamu said: "Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tommo in some circles, organised a demonstration in Whitehall.

“Members of the far-right responded to that call with the seeming intention of replicating scenes seen earlier in the week, precipitated by false information relating to the religion and immigration status of the perpetrator of the Southall murders.”

He said protesters broke out of an enclosed area of Richmond Terrace and towards Whitehall, directing their anger towards police officers.

Spring's role in the disorder was shown on CCTV in court where he was seen making threatening and hostile gestures towards police, calling officers "c****" and joining in chants of "you're not English anymore" and "who the f*** is Allah".

When Spring was arrested on August 8 he told officers: "I didn't go up to London to riot. I went to complain about people put up in hotels."

Defending Spring, Piers Kiss-Wilson said he was a train driver for 42 years, but had recently retired.

He now spends a lot of time for his wife, who has suffered ill-health.

Mr Kiss-Wilson said: "The defendant asked me to put forward his apologies to the court and he says he is embarrassed by his behaviour and his is ashamed by it.”

He said Spring got caught up in the disorder with much younger men.

He added: “He also wants to apologise to his family and friends and his wife who don't deserve this."

Judge Benedict Kelleher sentenced Spring to 18 months in prison.

He told Spring: “What you did could and it seems did encourage others to engage in disorder.”

Judge Kelleher said a custodial sentence was appropriate in order to deter others from engaging in similar behaviour.

The constitution is not fickle, which is why it’s under attack weekly. The Wealth of Nations along with incredibly liberal civil rights for the time shaped early American cultural identity. The rights given to us along with isolating ourselves from european/religious wars, and cultivating the new land gave us a rich and respectable history. This is a big stickler for me because white people are routinely dehumanized by saying “they have no culture”.

In America, immigrants from elsewhere in Europe had the same base culture that dates back 3000 years. Immigrants now, being shipping in from across the entire world are low IQ, don’t know about their god given rights or even an iota of American history. The problem with the American model is it takes a high IQ and strong national identity to maintain it. It’s why it fails anywhere outside Europe and Asia.

Everywhere from the grocery store to television have been deliberately stripped of cultural identity to accommodate foreigners. The govt and corporations alike think that more foreigners = more sales/taxes.
It’s a win win for the government because a people without history or culture are easy to tyrannize. The higher ups in government specifically only use low IQ police and enforcers because they understand only the retarded can’t grasp the level of protection the constitution gives.

The federal government understands that it’s adversaries are the American people. Shipping in foreigners who don’t know shit and will take abuse while also paying taxes to their abuser is the federal govts ideal. The biggest problem and question for the age is “how did the federal government get so evil and corrupt so quickly?”

To bring my post back on topic, I feel like the biggest issue most European countries have is trying to adopt American values inside socialist systems. You can’t have millions of immigrants and also give them rights to social services. That coupled with the fact that America’s “boom” of early immigration was from people with a shared history. The people the governments want now have absolutely zero common values or background as the locals, and since the social services are so liberal the low iq/low skill immigrants can’t give in more than they take out. Eventually it’ll lead to massive humanitarian disasters for the countries involved.

Here's my solution to immigration:

Unworkable. A few good ideas mixed in with extreme ones that wouldn't get the desired result. Maybe that's the joke?

A lot of the stuff can be simplified. For example. Anyone coming to live here needs to have a sponsor. If something bad happens, then the sponsor is held to account as well. The removes a lot of the complexities of things like a language requirement because they aren't going to risk losing their citizenship.

Other things are just enforcing the law. I think interfereing with an arrest is already a crime. "Protestors" like Just Stop Oil were government sponsored and police protected, until they were no longer useful and now they allow citizens to retaliate.

From reading your post, we agree on many things. A few points:

1. I will always respect America for its founding documents. The sanctity of these documents, of the Constitution, is, in my opinion, the fundamental reason America hasn't become even more of a shambolic shithole than it already has. What is fickle is not this foundation, but the factions and affiliations of the American system. For me, personally, the tribe and fatherland provide a critically immutable heading to guide ones political programme. I don't see this in America, particularly the American right, and I feel it is the source of the impotency of programmes contrary to the regime.
2. When it is said that white people "don't have culture", it is more accurate to say they "don't have pride in their culture". Even in America, I recall now Edgar Allen Poe, HP Lovecraft for example, white Americans can attribute to their programme many great works, artists and philosophers. It is just that the celebration of these are suppressed. Whenever you see multiculturalism in America, it is only non-white culture that is prided.
3. When I said that America is a system built to facilitate an environment for people to come and by their own labor better themselves, I meant it. However, as a European, I made the classical European error of saying "people" when I meant "European people". Just as a boy is his father's son, a race is the product of centuries of selection. A race of hustlers cannot be made honest with a relocation.
4. I have been of the opinion for a long time that the deepest existential threat to the American people and American way of life is the American federal government.

When the government put the proposals for hate crime laws in, this is one of the things that we opposed it for. How can ‘spreading hate’ be defined? Define hate. Define how a behaviour spreads hate.
We were reassured (and didn’t believe of course) that hate in and of itself would never be a crime, the ‘hate’ would be an aggravating factor on top of an existing, defined crime. (So say someone assaults a Sikh gentleman in public that’s assault, it’s a crime. If they then rip off his turban and cut his hair that’s an ethnically directed act of hatred. I still didn’t agree with hate laws because the penalty for assaulting our Sikh gentleman should be enough in and of itself - he has the right to NOT be assaulted, that’s the point of the law. If the law isn’t delivering him justice for a real crime then that’s an issue with the law not a need to add extra icing. )
Now we can see very clearly that ‘hate’ is being used as a nebulous concept that means any not quite criminal or outright non criminal act that we don’t like.
This is exactly what we warned of.
The WHOLE media apparatus is complicit here. All the people who have created this idea of hate, hate crime hate speech and all that and then decided it only applies one way. Racism redefined from unnecessary discrimination based solely on race to a one way street based on intent, offense taken and a perceived place in the power hierarchy. So Muslims can march calling for the rape and extermination of Jews and no action, or Muslims can stand with ‘behead those who insult Islam’ placards and no action taken. It avoids labelling, you know that method people of critical faculties use to work out the natural world and define and separate themselves from others.
