Today my family tried to get out of me who I'm voting for, and I realized I actually don't know if I want to or if I should vote at all. I have pretty strong views on specific issues and both candidates have sworn to do things I absolutely fucking hate and affect me personally, basically. Back in the Air America days, I used to tune into left wing talk radio because it gave me an insight to what they were thinking. I don't believe anyone should lock themselves into an echo chamber, we need to understand the other side's points (even if we don't agree with them). This isn't that. This is naked propaganda. They're not making a case against Donald Trump or proposing policies that disagree with his, they're either trying to shoehorn in the words "Weird" and "Joy" or levelling attacks that we made against their former candidate because it might be effective.

This is effective propaganda for people already on the side of the DNC. You just need to give marching orders and send NPC updates frequently or the brainwashing starts to wear off. When that happens, they need to go back to actually convincing their subjects rather than just telling them what to think.
