Dermatology is one of the hardest medical specialties to get into, once you finish medical hazing school which is a test of memorization skills and order following. You have to match into a residency, these are government funded training spots, slave wage, 24 hour on call hellscapes. And the best spots are the highest paying ones Dermatology, Orthopedic Surgery, and Plastic Surgery. As you can probably imagine, those are what everyone wants, and only the best connected candidates will score those. But the majority of graduates will end up in primary care/family medicine where a senior software engineer can outearn them.

I hate to promote Pakistan but......they have a lot of these people. The former PM Imran Khan is from one of their groups.

Many people don't understand the reason curryniggers obsess about kikery and kacaps, neither why the only good thing about them is islamophobia. So, here's the explanation:
TL;DR: massive IQ15 retards from Nixon administration sided with Pakistan in 1970s, while the Soviet Union and Israel did not

The year is 1948, two new countries emerge: India and Israel. Let's focus on Israel for a while - Soviet Union was very interested in Israel, they poured a lot of time, attention and people into it, dreaming about a socialist state in Middle East (remember, a lot of higher-ups in early Soviet Russia were Jews). But Israel didn't up as a communist nation, even though their economy was somewhat socialist. Since mid 1950s, Arabic countries like Syria and Egypt would accept ideology known as Arabian socialism - mix of communism, nationalism and islamism. Soviet Union, led by a peasant Khruschov, liked it. It spiralled out of control when Israel won the six-day war and Soviet went into a massive seething ass rage. A massive wave of antisemitism rolled through the Eastern Bloc amd many yids left for Israel and US. That's when Israel became an US ally, and Russia doubled down on funding Palestinian organizations (they gradually backpedaled since 1970s, but this is the reason far-left hates Israel and supports Palestine, recognizing Hamas as an antifascist freedom fighters)

But what above has to do with jeets? Well, India got, according to angl*s yet another amazing idea, partitioned into mudslime northwest and hindu rest of the subcontinent. Massive migration shook the nation. India originally didnt give a shit about Cold War, being non-alligned with either USA and USSR. USA wanted to consider India as a counterweight to Communist China, jeets were too dumb for that. Gandhis would gradually warm to Soviet Union, after Sino-Soviet split and war in Himalayas with chinks in 1962. India would kind of bacome like early Israel, with quasi-socialist economy and enjopying good relation with Russia. Towards 1970, a conflict with Pakistan over East Pakistan (current day Bangladesh) would emerge and got brutal very fast. USA, instead using brains, opted to support Pakistan in this proxy war, a move that gave them nothing but resentment from pajeets. It got to the point of standoff between American and Russian naval forces on Indian Ocean. Israel would support India. (which is weird, considering India didn't have any formal diplomatic relations with Israel until 1992, fearing muslim minority chimpouts) In the end, India would win, Soviet Union fell apart, relations with America got normalized, but still, Russia and anti-islamic Israel is simped for by many poos.

Current CEO of RE is Indian. IIRC I don't think they have had a white CEO since RE dissolved and was absorbed by another Indian company.
Although. They do make good bikes, better than what they were in the 90's-2010's. When my mother wanted to learn how to ride. We picked up a 2010 Bullet 500 as she wanted something that looked like an old military bike. Surprisingly reliable, had some wonderful jeet repairs since we did get it from an Indian man. Like using a broken spark plug for the oil drain plug. And the turn signal wiring was all cut up, and the low fuel light is on all the time. Which felt authentic, lol. Otherwise the bike has a top speed of 65. Feels like riding a tractor. Thing is they've been functionally "upgrading" old RE engine designs. I think the only new engine they've designed is the parallel twin. But I doubt it was an in house design. And it looks suspiciously similar to some older RE designs from its time as a British company.
It's also the only fuel injected vehicle that I've seen that has a choke lever. Which seems to suggest the "ECU" is so comically dumb that it can't just lengthen the injection period and enrichen the mixture that way. Just hold the choke lever. Hilarious jeet design.

Done. In the process I've learned that while Resolve does not support gifs directly, it's able to turn a set of pictures into an animation if you select multiple before adding them into the media pool. :story:

elder abuse (specifically old women) is over the top in the immigrant Indian community. doesn't matter what caste, in fact the "I'm a white Indian" families are even worse about it. I'm talking deadly bedsores, heart attacks while doing laundry for 40 people, malnutrition, neglected cancers that are obvious and visible on the surface.

The US is meant to be a melting pot; you can't melt rocks.

America is only a melting pot so far in as most of the "melting pot" was just white diaspora until the 1960's. If they want a true melting pot, I'm sure they would love staying in Brazil or South Africa!

well into the 80s and 90s, there were a lot of immigrant groups fully melting into the stew. even now most people hold onto some "old country" culture, but assimilate pretty well. Sikhs that still wear the hat, but go to the range and eat hamburgers.

indians are just less willing to give up the home culture, especially higher caste ones. low caste immigrants want to leave most of the culture behind and look forward to opportunities at a fresh start here, high caste Indians want to continue being "better than" other people from the home country and refuse to assimilate at all.

in writing this I realize it's mostly Hindu Indians I'm talking about.

Muslims too, possibly, but that's more a religion-specific thing than a matter of which country they arrive from.

This is an epidemic in America that no one talks about enough. At my college the rich Indian business bros could only make friends with the Jews, probably because they both think the world belongs to them for being born into some made up category. They were both the kinds of people on campus who'd spike drinks and get away with it too, or openly harass Christians/Muslims and get away with that too because of the Minority Card™

AFAIK from what I've heard a good amount of Muslim Indians figured out that the caste system was bullshit and converted as a result, basically assimilating once the Mughals came around and lording over Hindus
The hard truth is that there's just no way to even think about assimilation without breaking the fact to them that they aren't genetically or morally superior to anyone else just because they're Bhamanjit Tier or whatever. Your fresh off the boat Canadian IT monkey isn't any different than the Jeet CEO running their company to the ground to stuff their pockets before they run. Self interest is normal, but they're insufferable because of how malicious and conniving they are in places that basically free them from their beloved hellscape
