They needed a passport and visa to attend their first international match in India in November 2018, so it's likely just a stamp by the Algerian state security to authenticate the birth certificate when they applied for that.

That said what he showed is probably the original birth certificate since it's handwritten, a newly printed Algerian birth certificate in 2018 would look like this

Modern Algerian birth certificates aren't handwritten like that, since 2017 they've been printed in the format you see in the attached image.

Edit: I asked a Tunisian about this and they said the document shown by the father is not a birth certificate per se but a family record book issued to parents upon the birth of their first child and constitutes the original record of birth which is why the 2nd page shows the birth details of their sister Amina born in 1999. And yes this book was indeed issued in 2018.

The image I attached is a standalone birth certificate you get yourself as the family record book is held by the parents.

While I do agree with your general statement and conclusion that she is a woman, its unclear wether now clear she has a genetic defect and there is no reason to take anything an olympic commitee says about their testing seriously (If you want to know about olympics and steroid abuse+lack of testing u can watch icarus and its really only gotten worse).

Nobody imagines her with a cock, she's not a tranny. She was legally born a girl, but it is possible she's actually medically male with a certain disorder that led to her being misidentified as a girl at birth, and continued to be assumed to be female until very recently despite likely undergoing puberty very differently than the girls around her.
