From what I understand and probably @Himedall All-seeing Waifu knows, the Trust Fund money didn’t flow until Louis Owens (Celeste’s father) had his company bought in the early 2000’s when his shares became worth millions.

The Owen’s however seemed wealthy even prior to that, but the shares pushed them into ultra wealthy donating wings of to a hospital wealthy. I think it’s likely that Louis and Peaches Owen probably helped Bob and Celeste out before Bob got his high paying job at a computer company, but unless someone looks up if Rekieta’s childhood home’s were bought by a trust I doubt that Bob had the same level of hand holding.

I would like to point out something. The star witness for the defence is Craket's own father. One of the few witnesses that has the most clear motive to lie or cover for their family, aside from his mother.
