Overall the motion seemed overdone and reasonably pointless. The omnibus hearing and all pre-jury seating parts of the process were not likely to be streamed anyway. Neither was any potential testimony by his children. The motion just seemed like a typical lolcow "own the farms by shooting off my own foot" moment.

He and his attorney should be working full-time on his defense or whatever he intends to do in court. But rather than do that, Nick has his attorney spending large amounts of time on nonsense while he struts around around Twitter. Not a good plan.
