I've watched the original Pillstream & the MATI. Null who is usually so calm and reserved bursting into laughter over AnimeSucksCopeAndSneed is comedy gold.
Edit: I just watched this clip from Elissa and Nick's excuse about Laundry situation doesn't make ANY sense. Timestamp @5:21
So Nick explains there's lots of clothes because he has a lot of kids in the house so they do hand me downs, which makes sense. But the clothes should be CLEANED, FOLDED, and PUT AWAY. Not even Devil Dax is laughing or backing up this explanation he's just quiet during all of this.

Nick is not going to pin anything on April until she turns on him. She's still his primary fuck toy, living rent free (in their house). No way Nick turns on that until he gets bored and finds a new toy, or April snakes on them.

Nick can try to pin this shit on Aaron, but then Aaron could sue Nick for defamation. Aaron would love the "free" drama and, given what both Nick and Aaron have said publicly, I'm more inclined to believe Aaron's side of the story than Nick's. There BS on both sides, but I'm sure there are people who are big fans on Steel Toe in the area (unlike Copesplaining the Balldoverse), so I could see more civil litigation going even more badly for Nick than the Monte litigation has.

A civil defamation suit could also bring to light a lot of the hot garbage Nick is trying to suppress. That would be hilarious.

There is actually a funny and weird reason for all the clothes. Long time lurkers of the thread will remember.

If memory serves, when Nick started making serious money with the trial streams, he signed up for a clothing and personal styling subscription service for himself and each member of his family. He talked on stream about how great it was to have new clothes regularly showing up at his house.

I’m sure he and Kayla used it as an excuse to put off doing laundry, but as time went on, they just ended up with an overwhelming amount of clothes to wash, with piles forming literally all over the house.

I knew someone in a similar situation. They worked retail at a clothing store and elected to buy new clothes at work instead of do laundry, because of depression. In a surprisingly short amount of time, they accumulated an absolutely monstrous amount of clothes that took several days of constant washing and drying to get through. Some of it went to charity because there just wasn’t enough room to store it all. I imagine the Rekieta home looked pretty similar to this person’s living space.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but just because Nick's home environment was a danger to his own children, that doesn't mean that Nick is wrong to prevent his children from being televised in the court proceedings. They aren't mutually exclusive propositions.
Nobody wants Nick's kids being broadcast except maybe Vito the pedo (and/or Juju the Cow). Nick objects to any cameras in the courtroom and he's using his kids as a prop to do it.

Kids are never televised in court proceedings as a matter of law.

Rackety claiming Pedos are after video of his children is just a desperate attempt to not have his case televised.

The children were always going to be redacted/cut from all bodycam footage if it was ever released (see other youtube bodycam footage) and cameras in the court, in some cases even the public, be excluded during minor testimony.

Stop falling for the Balldowashing.

[EDIT] And its not an unpopular opinion that children should not be shown.

His children aren't gonna be in the court proceeding that's about him having drugs in his house and endangering his kids.

The state can already prove he had drugs in his house because he had fucking drugs in his home.

What's the prosecutor gonna do, ask his son where Nick buys his crack? They already said they weren't planning on his kids being witnesses, its just Nick handwringing to keep himself from being humiliated on camera like all the people he made money off.

I'm not up on my Ralph lore, but Nick's collapse has been worse than Ralph because when two adult retards fight it's funny, when two adult retards fuck over their underage children (hopefully not literally) it's sad and angering.

Ralph did infact fuck over his two infant children the same way any absentee father in the hood does. The only difference is that Ralph's kids don't have the benefit of never knowing who he is... which is far worst. Those Keedz are going to be bullied.

Thread Tax: Nicholas Robert Rekieta has sucked dick... probably multiple dicks.

Well, one of the kids tested positive, right? If Nick tries to claim they tampered with evidence or something, I can think of reasons they would put one of the children on the stand.

Is his kid gonna know how the drug testing equipment worked?

No, they'll call a specialist who understands how that stuff works to give evidence it was a false positive.

The kids wouldn't know if the cops planted evidence either, it's what the body cams are for.

The only things the kids would need to be witness to is Nick being a shitty scumbag father who neglects his kids. And even for that they probably have testimony given during an interview.

They literally wrote a response saying they see no reason why they would call the kids.

And the case of child neglect is the CHIPS case and has nothing to do with these criminal proceedings.

If one of the parents was dosing one of the children, the child's testimony could shed light on how they were doing it.

Basically they only need to convince jury that there was a lot of coke on premises. That is all. The gun charge and the child neglect automatically comes from that fact being found true.

In the end this is exceedingly simple and boring legal case. Get jury to believe there were drugs. And that they were Nick's. And prosecution has won.

Child being on drugs has nothing to do with most charges.

Read the thread fool. Nobody is asking for the children to be filmed during the court proceedings. Even if they testified for something, that wouldn’t be televised.
