2. No pretrial hearings broadcasted.
The rule in MN is that pretrial hearings don't get broadcasted, unless they do. In exceptional cases (Chauvin) they allow it even though the rules literally say the court cannot. The Judge has decided to adhere to the standard application of the court rules and not allow pretrial broadcasting.

Naturally, once the jury is sworn in, we'll apply again.
