@Null is trying to organize the note taking which should help dramatically. I used to take notes as part of a team in similar (if not identical) circumstances. I'll include details of our process and I hope it helps.

My personal suggestion is to have one person dedicated to each person in the hearing. This technique allows you to fully focus on the demeanor and activity of the individuals, not just the words that are said. It is the best way to get a full view of the courtroom without cameras or audio.

Take normal watches (not smart watches) and try to sync them as close as possible. You are to be laser focused on your assigned person. When they are not speaking, you note body language, reactions and other activities. Rely on your team to take their notes. When you note an activity, glance at your watch and write the minute and second past the hour followed by what they do. Short hand is also very helpful. For example: "1245 RK shakes head no at wtns statmnt." When your person is the one speaking, switch to cursive if you can and just write fast.

At the top of the hour either turn to a new page or make a line delineating the change.

At the end of the hearing, you can either take your notes home and digitize them or hand over your papers to the person in charge and they can digitize them. Then it's just assembly to put together a complete picture of the court. Once you get the official transcript you can swap that in for the speaking but your behavioral notes are invaluable to painting a picture of the hearing.
To keep everyone fresh it would be most ideal to have an additional third person to handle the digitization and posting.
Even posting just cell phone pictures of notes would be fine.

I think we can probably get a transcript - not sure how long but usually a few months after a case depends on state. Fingers crossed its sooner.

Godspeed notetakers, we'll be waiting eagerly for the debriefing when you return o7
We probably should have a thread specifically for putting first hand information of the trial in.

I've got money and time to burn, really tempted on taking a last minute trip to Minnesota to be there as I hear Minnesota is the most beautiful state in America if you ignore all the imported feral apes. I've tried looking up if I can attend as a Dutch citizen but all sources give mixed responses. It seems that technically visiting court proceedings is US citizen right but you're also not asked for an ID 99% of the time so technically anyone can just walk in and attend?

Anyone know for sure?

Dress like a fucking normie. If you have anything resembling a correctly fitting suit, wear that. Have a fucking wash. No meme shirts or other cringy shit. PASS FOR NORMAL.

Don't dress too warmly. Court gets stuffy, and also boring, and you don't want to doze off. Some energy drinks to keep focused are not a bad idea.

DON'T RECORD ANYTHING. You will get caught, you will get done for contempt. Do not get a criminal record for a brokedick cokehead child abuser.

No talking during proceedings or evidence. Pass notes quietly. Judge will toss you if you appear disruptive.

@Null , your idea about what despicable thing Nick might do, you don't need to send it to someone for escrow,
just create a text file with the content and publish the 'md5sum' of that file here in this thread.

If you are right, then just publish the text file after the hearing and if the 'md5sum' matches then we know you did predict it correctly.

EDIT: here is one of my predictions: da405f3dd31195bf22aacec872b024a7
It's probably better for him to publish his hashes somewhere where he can't edit them afterward, like X or even on MATI.

I think you guys are fucking with bad mojo to consider putting yourselves in the direct vicinity of Nick Rekieta when he meets judgement day.

The Sonichu curse went from Chris Chan to Ethan Ralph to Nick Rekieta.

"He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you." - Some German Guy

He's been daring Metokur to agree to go to a doctor's office and have their sizes compared.

True story!
I thought that was Josh? That Ralph has been wanting to get Josh and Ralph to go to a doctors office for a literal dick measuring contest.

Thread Tax: I just listened to the first interview clip that this Will Herren guy did with Null regarding Rekieta and the legal motions. Does anyone else find it absolutely bizarre that some relatively normal normie who’s got a documented career as a former and current TV journalist is embedding himself into sektur-adjacent drama? I don’t mean that as a knock against him, I just mean that he’s the last person I would ever assume would be on YouTube talking about horseface Chrissy Mayr or Rekieta’s child testing positive for cocaine.

I might be being too :optimistic: but I see that as another signpost that Kiwifarms has made some progress towards being seen as less of a “boogeyman” in the general normiesphere’s collective eyes. Or maybe I’m just totally wrong and this guy was hanging out on 4chan and ED back when he was in college back in West Texas or something.

He’s probably reads the farms. He normally only writes about sports but he also wrote on:
  • Magicgate (some gay MTG thing)
  • chris raping his mother
  • Balldo.

On another note, anyone else hoping for a Rekieta sneed session about Hardin? He must be pretty mad, knowing by indirectly introducing Josh to Hardin he caused the proliferation of the Farms and his own thread that totally doesn't bother him at all. He's exactly the kind of petty faggot who would seethe for a long time about something like this. I think it'd be pretty funny.

But I already borrowed this getup from @Nicholas II of Russia , are you telling me what's good for the imperial court isn't good for the kandinosi court?

This man gets it!

Be sure to wear something that shows respect for authority, not only in court but in the eyes of God.

PD: Be sure to return the imperial outfits to the nearest general in your workplace. Alexandra will be angry if she finds out that I have used the suit to witness Rekieta's trial without her permission.

Yeah but apparently he’s a veteran and a local TV journo who covered a mass shooting, in addition to local sports and local politics. It just all strikes me as very odd. It would be like Tucker Carlson posting a Xitter clip saying “and let’s talk about my friend, Sneed. He bought a feed store. It used to belong to a guy named Chuck. Why did Chuck sell his store? Did the Chinese sell him subpar merchandise? Was he coerced to hire migrant labor by local politicians? If this country was as great as it used to be, Chuck would still own his feed store. Instead, it’s now owned and managed by Sneed.”

Playing catch up on the baldo happenings, but my theory is that Nick has convinced Kayla and/or April to take a plea deal.
His plan is to use the admission of guilt (as part of Kayla, Aprils, or both, plea deal), as the proof that the coke was not his and that he had nothing to do with it.

Effectively throwing them under the bus to take the fall

When I was making that meme, I also saw this.

Shut the fuck up about ways to break the law. Shove that autistic spy recording pen up your arsehole, you're not 12.
Report anyone who suggests this gay shit from now on.
That's where Ralph will probably be arrested in a few days for filming and threatening random people.
