This is the first time I’ve heard of that, but a cursory google search appears to confirm this.
His older brother Freddie was an alcoholic, and it ruined his life. Some news claims that’s why Trump doesn’t drink.

Either way, I don’t see trump actually abusing Kamala’s problem. Trump never struck me as someone who’d resort to tricks that dirty.
I would expect him to bring it up at the debates though, if it becomes more widely talked about. A barely functioning alchie can’t be allowed to become president
