Rigaer 94
Background
The Rigaer94 is located in the Rigaer Straße (Rigaer street) in Friedrichshain, Berlin. The street itself has been a hotspot for Antifa/left-wing activitis since the 90s. After the fall of the Berlin Wall a left-wing movement started with the goal to squat buildings everywhere and which was very active in said Rigaer Straße. Most of the squatters got evicted tho in 1997 when the Senate of Berlin decided to crack down things. Other squatters managed to negotiate legal renting contracts with the house owners.
Besides all the squats there are lot of other lefty venues in the Rigaer Straße like pubs, book shops, restaurants, etc.
The Rigaer Straße is crossing the Liebigstraße, a self declared save haven for troons, at one point where the squat Liebig34 was located which got evicted in 2020.

The area also sees the Silvio-Meier-Platz (Silvio Meier square),
named after some guy who got fatally stabbed by some Nazis in 1992.
The Rigaer Straße is basically a no-go zone for actual right wingers, anybody the lefties there declare to be a right winger, anybody the lefties see as not as-left-enough, and especially for cops. If the cops show then only in big numbers. It is so bad the senat of Berlin officially declared the Rigaer Straße to be a crime ridden shithole which gives the cops more rights to act - if they dare to show up.
At one point there was a pub attached to the Rigaer94, the so called "Kaderschmiede", which got evicted and closed by authorities some years ago.
Current legal warfare
In 2014 the Rigaer94 was sold to some London based company. It turned out that it was a complex shell company founded by the new buyers -some guy from Ukraine and one from Berlin- who wanted to stay anonymous to protect themselves bc in the past the former owners of the building got attacked by the squatters. Like they showed up at the work places and private homes and assaulted people.
Given that the new owners used a shell company the courts didn't acknowledge the new owners. Until now! After 10 years of lawfare the new owners finally managed to provide enough waterproof documents showing ownership and how they actually legally bought the building. Now with the new owners being actually and legally acknowledged they can move on with their lawfare and go for an actual eviction. Which is going to happen only in a matter of time by now.
The hilarious twist
Well, it is not only bc the courts acknowledge the new owners but bc the squatters got backstabbed by their comrades - and they did it to themselves!
As I mentioned before some of the suqatters managed to get legal renting contracts in the 90s. The issue none of them actually lives in the Rigaer94 anymore. They were just allowing the current squatters to use the legal renting contracts of the old squatters. The old squatters are involved in the lawfare around the building as they are still legally recognized as inhabitants of the building.
When the October 7th attack on Israel happened last year the current squatters put out a whiny statement how Hamas are ackshually freedom fighters and killing Jews is based bc Israel being an imperialistic colony run by le evil capitalists in the USA yadda yadda. So with this big brain move of a statement and with the new development in the legal battle which put the squatters on the losing side the old squatters said "WTF?!" and pulled out of the legal battle which means the current squatters have noone fighting on their behalf in the court anymore and also losing all the financial support the old squatters provided them.
The lawsuit actually guarded the squatters and it get's even more hilarious. During all the lawsuit arc the squatters pulled of other big brain moves like threatening and assaulting lawyers of the new owners, their own lawyers, people within the justice system and the judges involved which obviously backfired over time bc the courts got pissed and no lawyers wanted to represent the squatters in court anymore.
They even had the back of actually politicians sitting in the Senate who were sceeming and pulling strings to protect the squatters. Until it got uncovered, thanks again to the help of the squatters who doxed their high ranked supporters which led these people to get demoted or lost their positions. Maybe don't bite the hand that feeds you, retard?
