Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

I think it's the phallo. The phallo stopped her being able to urinate, and cause repeated kidney infections - both factors that can cause serious kidney damage. This was probably the source of the kidney failure.

Kidney failure is a huge sepsis risk, because the fucked kidneys easily get infected and spread to the bloodstream. Also dialysis and kidney failure make brain bleeds more likely.
Hope her parents are smart/greedy enough to file a lawsuit. Would be interesting to see this play out in court, and see the collapsing domino “gender” procedures in her medical charts.

Even IF she never had the phallo and the accompanying infections/sepsis/kidney fuckery, I still doubt she’d live past 50.

Her body type, and dads body type seems to be the kind of magnet for cardio vascular problems that would react very poorly to testosterone and repeated medical procedures.

Never got that despite spending teenagehood in an incredibly low class city. I did get lots of fearmongering from the female side of my family forcing me to wear long clothes even in summer because that might happen, got tired of that, told them to fuck off and started wearing the spooky short clothes, never got creeps perving. That fearmongering is what makes girls want to poon out, stop it.
Yeah please keep telling girls who got molestered the instant they displayed female characteristics that they're lying. Idiot.

Here's an old Reddit post where Gruffin states her (likely exaggerated) height and weight at the time of phallo:

View attachment 6318743

To no one's surprise... she also claims to have an eating disordered past. Since there are no pictures of her actually being anything other than overweight, I'll assume it was bulimia or binge eating disorder. So we had the opioid addiction, an eating disorder, unfortunate bloated sausage genes from both parents, the geriatric mother... Things just go on and on.
The first two selfies on her FB are from 2014 and 2015- I think 1 is from pre-T and 2 is from not long after starting it. All pretty close to normal weight-chubby:

1723940078460.png1723940120910.png

I was gonna say... it was painfully obvious that Gruffin was heterosexual. I don't think she ever even had sex let alone a partner, and she had her reproductive organs ripped out of her before she could meaningfully consent to any sexual activity, but there was absolutely nothing "masculine" or even gender non-conforming about her prior to pooning. Had she been left alone to figure herself out, she might have found some equally ugly and mildly retarded potato dude to wife her up... Not that she was ever going to find a quality dude with so little to offer, but living past 25 might have been a reasonable goal.
Agreed. And given the bizarre relationship of her parents, I wouldn't be surprised if her budding normal heterosexuality freaked them out and that cowardly reaction to normal human development played a role in her thinking she had to be something "different."

I don't think she would have been such a total washout if she hadn't trooned. She would have gone to school and struck out on her own and had some semblance of a normal life, because most people do- even most people raised by potato gnome white trash losers. She was a manager at Old Navy, she could have taken up with the shift lead at Subway and had a couple 93 IQ potato babies and blended in with the rest of her community.

She had a post in 2020 about what sounds like a high school BFF (female) who she fantasized about buying a vacation house with. A very childish fantasy, at age 20- I kind of doubt she had a normal, adult sexuality at all. The girl mentioned in the post appears to be a fairly standard edgy straight girl. This was probably spun up as lesbianism (or being a "straight" FTM, whatever) but it just sounds like teenage girl friendship by pre-current-year standards.

As another aside, I just noticed she had a website for her design, on her FB bio. Down now but the archive survives (somewhat).

Also, first sighting of her "fursona," from when she was 12:

1723940039426.png

Her father's physiognomy screams Omega male, which would explain why he'd be willing to get into a sexual relationship with a significantly older woman - no woman his age would be interested in him.
The thing is that you can't choose how you look, your genetics are out of your control but you're going to live anywhere from a moment to 100 years so you might as well find the kind of happiness you can. That said the dude could've lost weight and worked out, even if you're fat if you lift weights and put on muscle you'll look infinitely better than skinny fat.

It's so obvious that the internet and the freaks who use it to prey on children is the main culprit for this gender insanity becoming so universal.
And the three biggest culprits on trooning kids are 4chan, reddit and discord. These are platforms that give kids free access to (very fucked up) porn and groomers. 4chan was specially bad on young boys back then, there was a whole sissyfication group of pedophiles pinkpilling boys and giving them access to estrogen

Guessing Exulansic got her info from KF, but isn’t acknowledging that, because of course she isn’t.
Exulansic is such an attention-seeking halfwit.

Wow, please tell us more about how not like the other girls you are!

OK got it.

"Gruffin" was Makayla Lynn Sivret.
Somehow, I find it so poignant to see it in black and white like this. It's just a piece of paper, but it represents the destruction of a young girl. There was no more Makayla after this, and now there's no more Griffin. I cannot imagine what her mother must have been feeling when she signed this. I cannot imagine what she must be feeling now.

Bleak.

So the brain bleed was a consequence of the dialysis?
No one mentioned what kind of dialysis she was having. If it was hemodialysis they'd need to give her anticoagulants.

Lupus can of course cause brain hemorrhage, but if the chief presentation is brain hemorrhage or thrombosis it suggests anti-phospholipid syndrome. But these autoimmune conditions (unlike gender) really are a spectrum of disorders.

People are horrified, but there are some “ackschually, anyone can have multiple organs fail at any time for no reason” replies, too. Enjoy this galaxy brained doctor (of breakdance, probably), for example:

Dr. Deakins (the "sepsis is totally normal and happens all the time!" poster) is the troon who was spotted a few months back attempting to dunk on Dr. Hilary Cass for "looking old:"

His Xitter profile (archive) says he's a combat veteran of the Gulf War. Surprise surprise.

His LinkedIn says he's retired and used to be a clinical psychologist at a maximum security prison:

He's a member of WPATH (archive). He's quoted in a Newsweek article (archive) about trannies seething at Victoria's Secret:

Rest in peace, Makayla Lynn. You could've lived a somewhat normal life, but devil-worshiping beasts like Deakins need something to feed to Moloch.

We will be here to keep you on the retarded but not THAT retarded path.

So the brain bleed was a consequence of the dialysis?

Maybe I’ve been pumped full of big dialysis propaganda, but I thought people could live for years getting dialysis?

Obviously the testosterone was an added risk factor for clots and strokes.

Meanwhile in the Phallo subreddit, retarded chicks keep being retarded.

A pooner tried mangling her urethra SIX times, before the doc told her it ain’t happening.
View attachment 6317671
Another pooner of course encourages a “second opinion”.

"I see you've gone under the knife 6 times for your urethra alone. Have you considered getting a 7th urethral surgery?"

It's crazy she's had so many surgeries JUST for STP. Not counting her assumed multi-stage phallo and mastectomy surgeries. I' m scared of the long term health effects of the two minor, actually life-improving surgeries I've had. I can't imagine going under at least 10 times to just keep mangling my genitals over and over again.

I'm pretty sure it was hemodialysis because she mentioned spending many hours hooked up to a machine.

I somehow managed to find Wyatts Reddit account by matching up her tattoos. I'm still gobsmacked I actually managed this as it's a random account I've never seen before. I knew this girl had a phalloplasty as she mentions some complicated surgery issues in an interview (Thank you Ms Terfy Teacher on X for bringing that to my attention). Link

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

I’ve had a fair amount of set backs in my life, especially when it comes to having the same opportunities most people have available to them after graduating from a program. I’ve had a very complicated medical history and had 3 surgeries while in my program at Tyler as I completed my undergraduate degree. Following my graduation, that summer I had 3 more surgeries and ended up having to take a lot of time to recover both physically and mentally. Luckily this time allowed me to draw a lot, plan new designs and begin thinking about what options were available to me. This time in recovery really helped me prioritize what was important to me in my career and where I wanted to go with my degree. Applying for and receiving seasonal employment at a craft school was really a blessing as it allowed me to work in my field and concentrate on my career for 6-10 months and then take the off season to focus on my health and remaining surgeries. As someone who is only 25, it has been difficult taking it slow and dedicating time to my health when all of my friends, peers and colleagues are able to pursue their careers without having to block out time to have surgery every few months. I’m really thankful for my wonderful surgical team and all that they have done for me and that I’m healthy, healed and that all of this is behind me now.

Overview of her medical journey
  • Out at 16 ; Started Testosterone at 18
  • Known Surgeons: Dr. Del Corral (phalloplasty);
  • Type: Top surgery at 19; Meta with UL and a hysto at 20; RFF phalloplasty with meta burial began at 23yo and included a vaginectomy. As of 21 days ago waiting on medical tattoos and testicular implants.
  • Started out with meta first as she couldn't afford phallo; wasn't able to STP so ended up getting phallo anyway.
  • We have not posted about her on KF as far as I can tell.
  • She's a beast of a pooner. A whole 6'1"
  • I'm pretty sure Gruffin wasn't aware of her Reddit account. I'm not seeing any conversations from them.

Medical tattooing before ED?
Just had a question for yall. I'm coming up on my last 2 surgeries (fistula repair and I'm getting testicular implants put back in)

I'm not really leaning towards getting an ED of any kind placed at this time. If I do get one it'll be years in the future as I've had so many dang surgeries and I just want to be done with them.

Is it okay to plan to get medical tattooing on my dick prior to an ED? There's a slim chance that I'll get the rod but it wouldn't be for a few years, but I'm more interested in having medical tattooing and I definitely want that. Still very undecided on the ED in generalat this point

Excited to say that I'm coming down to my final surgery which I'll be having in the fall with Del Corral (real tired of them summer surgeries) Can't believe I'm almost done after all this time. Sensation keeps coming in more and more- erotic sensation is fantastic (I had meta burial in the shaft) and tactile only keeps getting stronger

I really couldn't be happier with how things have been working out. Every day I'm extremely grateful to be where I am , for my surgeons and for this great community.

Talks about her tattoo sleeve over the donor arm
Tattoo sleeve over donor arm
Started my tattoo last year and finished it up to cover my rff scar. I had my first session at 9 months post op, with clearance from my surgeon. Decided to go to my main artist for this as she was willing to take it on. She's never tattooed over scars or skin grafts like this. Everything went great, we did 2 sessions about 5 hours the first and 4 for the second to add color about 6 months after the first session

It was really an easy tattoo the first time around as I just felt vibrations and not the needle or feeling of getting tattooed. Second session really sucked unfortunately and I felt all of it especially by my wrist. Nerves definitely woke up and came back Really worth it- i have a blue collar job I'm stealth at so that's really important to me especially as I don't wear long sleeves much and don't wear a protective sleeve anymore- just sunscreen.

First 2 pics are of the tattoo healed, Next slide is how it looks from afar ( blue is just covering up more identifiable tattoos) And last slide shows healed arm at 9 months post op right before i got it covered.
Currently 2 years post op 🤟 Posting since I see a lot of posts about tattoos and covering up the rff scar and honestly no one notices or asks me anymore. Trust me they definitely did prior especially as i had a tattoo that got a chunk taken out of it so it was especially noticeable

I'm thankful for my amazing artist who took this on and even though she's far from where I live I'll still do the drive to go see her. Also a plug for her as she said she'd be happy to do more rff coverups Her ig is tattoosbyalisha

Skinny dip cold plunge
Been frequenting the ravine lately and have been going in nude Its super freeing to go with my girlfriend or my roommates and friends (all of whom are cis men) and just to be naked in the wilds and not have to worry about anything

The cold plunge is my favorite place ever, a mountain stream feeds right into it so it's absolutely freezing in the best of ways

Just wanted to share some celebratory summer fun as somethin yall can look forward to when you're done surgeries

She also posted some comments since Gruffins death. Nothing about Gruff of course but instead her encouraging others to get phallo. Here's a big comment she made on someone's post on the 28th.
The OP was posting about her fears with bottom surgery and she was having panic attacks about it. Link | Archive
Lots of people don't post updates or photos when they're months or years healed from any kind of surgery. I like you had top fairly young (at 19) and then meta at 20 and a full hysto. I was looking into phallo that time as well and didn't have it until I was 23. Now at 26 I'm pretty much done but I will say it has taken me longer to have phallo since i did it on my own terms bc I've been trying to travel, build up my career and enjoy my surgery free summers by only having one procedure a year.

Everyone's timeline is different and I totally understand being scared of things going wrong . My first phallo surgeon I consulted with, lots of things went wrong. I had to have an emergency surgery and ended up not even having phallo with him but just a vnectomy. Thankfully from guys in servers like these I found support and decided to consult another surgeon to do rff phallo with. Almost 3 years later here I am pretty much fully done (waiting on medical tattooing and testicular implants) and I couldn't be happier. My life finally feels normal, I feel like any other guy out there and it's honestly so great. I'm thankful everyday for it.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel but it's hard to see sometimes just getting started. Any kind of surgery is pretty scary, you never know what can happen. Even with my new surgeon and team who I trust with my life I did have a small complication- a fistula. Which is basically a hole from your penis to the outside world where urine leaks out. 8 months later i had a repair and things are great now. A lot of people especially those who don't want/understand lower surgery hype up complications to be devasting and terrible like they can never be fixed. Oftentimes most complications are temporary and can be fixed. It's understandable to be worried about having something go wrong but it's better to go into surgery with the mentality that something will likely go wrong even if it's a fistula, wound separation or stricture- all fixable issues. Than to blindside yourself into thinking that everything will go great and when it doesn't you're panicking.

My main advice would be to pick a surgeon and team you really trust. You need to be able to trust your surgeon and feel safe with your team if you're going to go through phallo. I'm immensely glad I changed surgical teams, going to Del Corral was the best thing I've done.

Good luck on your journey and if you ever have questions feel free to dm.
Reassuring a young girl that phalloplasty will go well and "most complications are temporary" when your close friend just died from said complications is borderline psychopathic.

No one mentioned what kind of dialysis she was having. If it was hemodialysis they'd need to give her anticoagulants.
There was a tunneled cath visible in recent photos, looked like right subclavian.
I'm pretty sure it was hemodialysis because she mentioned spending many hours hooked up to a machine.
(TBH that'd be PD too.) But yeah, HD fits with the timeline of onset, her talking about going to a dialysis center, external locus of control, and the worry for peritonitis in someone who's already growing MDROs like Sea-Monkeys.

Seems that Makayla had some strong opinions on the local genderweirdo community. Something about a groomer being left unsupervised with children? (Quelle surprise!)

IMG_7906.jpeg

But of course, every time she was about to get bad thoughts about “her community”, she tarded right back out to complain about TERFS and “misgendering”.

IMG_7907.jpeg

I like this pic of her, where it’s kinda obvious that she’s a woman.
IMG_7908.jpeg

But pooners are gonna poon, so here’s yet another potato faced, “manly” frown.

IMG_7909.jpeg

As for those of you who thinks she may have learned something or had some regrets along the way, doubt:

In this video two years ago, she talks about her phalloplasty, and seems to have an increasing awareness that it was botched, but then veers off and recommends “going to a surgeon who has your best interest in mind!”

She keeps talking about the procedure as if you’re buying a car and not you know: Permanently fucking your body.

So no, I’d reckon that she never got it. I reckon her IQ was never too high to begin with, and being juiced with crosssex hormones and having her development permanently fucked as a teenager, probably lowered it even more.

Maybe it’s for the best, that Makayla rather than being aware of what she had done to herself, just died with a vague awareness of having really bad luck.

IMG_7911.jpeg
Sigh… RIP Makayla!

As to the person who said that she likely was a perfectly normal straight girl before pooning out, I think you’re right on the money.

IMG_7910.jpeg

She was just a weird kid who had her developing sexuality taken away while she was still a child.

In some parallel reality there’s a wifey Mikayla who married the Subway shift lead and had two kids (who hopefully didn’t get her sausage genetics.) and got a full life with all the complexity of love and romance.

Something Griffin-Mikayla had taken away from her before she even was aware of it being there. No wonder there’s always this sad, empty, soulless expression in her eyes.

That "doctor" is an AGP therapist who misrepresents himself on Twitter (and incidentally is suffering from a degenerative brain disease). I dug up some more about him in this post.

TBH they seem like very well-meaning and nice people but otherwise very ignorant about this subject and rather unequipped to deal with this kind of thing.

"Trans kids" seem to be common among the hicklib class who have been raised to respect the authority of doctors and the smart experts in charge. Not all parents of "trans kids' are actively abusive, some are just dumb and trusting.

We should not live in a society where the price for being trusting and maybe a bit dumb is "having doctors slowly and painfully kill your only child."

I wonder if its possible to graft your own muscles into other members to restore their movement, considering she is flexing her leg and the rotdog is flexing even without being connected there anymore.

Yes, although not in the sense that muscles have sort of "memory" of their former location. The gracilis is contracting when that person contracts other muscles in their legs because... I'm not sure why?

Anatomyfags, help me out. He* seems to be flexing his rectus femoris in at least some parts of that video. Why is that making his fake penis contract, exactly? At first I thought maybe the gracilis is still connected at its original origin point, and they have just kind of pulled one end of the muscle free and fashioned it into a prehensile penis:

Gracilis.jpg

So it's still contracting with the other hip adductors? But apparently they transfer the whole muscle at both ends. Maybe it's a different technique from the one in that paper? I am confused and deeply disturbed. Does the flexing happen when you're just walking around? You need hip adductors for your normal gait. Do you have to deal your penis doing a little jive in your pants constantly?

(*a lot of gracilis flap phalloplasty seems to be performed on natal males, so I'll assume the person in the video is an actual male at this point)

@Fapcop @Larry David's Opera Cape - Am I prescient or what?
I hope we see many, many future videos of Pooners distraught over being told their rotdogs have to be removed because of incurable infections. I'm pretty sure there will even be a few who will choose to die of those complications rather than not being able to Stand To Pee.

Never heard of hicklib before but it’s basically a perfect description of Worcester Massachusetts. Dusty old factory town that hasn’t been relevant in a century, right on the outskirts of the Harvard teaching hospital multiplex of Boston. When Dr. Oregano from Boston Children’s Hellscape rolled up with the ol’ “dead daughter or live son? That’ll be half a million of your insurance dollars” spiel a solid decade before this issue was even a twinkle in Tucker Carlson’s eye, I’m not at all surprised her supahmahket working parents just went with it
