That's why Rasmussen is trending a lot lately. I don't know if they're the most accurate, but they're the most sensible so far. Who knows what's actually going on this year. I'd love to see the internals for both.

Combination of biased polling (oversampling from Democratic areas) and Orange Man Bad. Democrats are more likely to ignore issues that don’t fit their agenda.

No, Northern California has the same problem Southern California has: one large county has the most electoral power and all the rural ones have to suck it up. It doesn't really matter of Stockton and Modesto and Jefferson vote Republican when Dublin, Alameda, and Milpitas vote Democrat. Northern and Southern CA are slightly different when it comes to how they use their income, but mostly the same when it comes to being pozzed.
