I think that just says "Bed 3" but idk. It looks like she was probably admitted to the ER for drinking too much or taking some pills and is being kept over night for observation. Would also explain why they got an IV with her to rehydrate her if she showed up drunk as a skunk. Maybe her uncle found her passed out and called an ambulance, since she was admitted in what looks like her pajamas.

Kidney issues can crop up from stimulant abuse, but with Elaine who knows what caused it?

Having a kidney infection isn't exclusive, she could be there for other reasons. Or she went in for the kidney infection and ended up there for something else.

Last time someone I knew was pissing straight blood they just gave him antibiotics and sent him home and told him to come back if it doesn't improve.
