It depends on whether or not Chris was willing to speak with law enforcement after the arrest. While it's possible Chris remained silent and waited for his lawyer, there's a good chance that he did engage with them, since he reached out to the Sheriff's department prior to the arrest.

edit: This is also like some of the scenes in El Camino (the Jesse Pinkman movie released in 2019) and Better Call Saul (released in 2015, ended in 2022), which demonstrate alternate POVs that occur shortly before or after iconic Breaking Bad scenes (released in 2008, ended in 2013).

We're unlikely to ever see that video imho, since the subject they discussed that day was the ins and outs of Chris raping his elderly, vulnerable mother.

As for what the cops knew beforehand, they most certainly knew about his previous incidents at the game stop and the yugioh place where he tried to run that guy over, the current charges, and probably had his last mugshot. The internet infamy, the merge, and all the other weirdness, they were likely unaware.

Personal Highlights:

  1. The Stress sigh at the door sent my sides into orbit.
  2. Telling Magi-chan to punch the cop harder (I just imagine a 3-foot-tall horribly drawn cartoon hedgehog punching at the officer's leg) And somehow Chris isn't punched in the teeth for telling somebody to assault an officer while they're surrounded by randoms.
  3. One of the officers took overtime and was sent to what can only be described as a Lolcow baptism.
  4. Chris saying he's for love and peace - meanwhile the officers know they're there to arrest a man for incest and possible rape.
  5. Chris realizing the onlookers "followed him from the internet." before shouting "Do not record this." You can feel how tese he got. If Chris were actually good at running, we would have had an episode of cops on our hands,.
  6. Sitting Chris in the front seat of the cop car because he's not listening. LMAO
  7. Chris ignoring the officer telling him not to talk to Ethan.
  8. Chris propositioning an officer to touch his no-no square...and getting his wish LMAO.
  9. The idea that one or two of those officers went home and googled Chris completely shattering their reality upon realizing such an unholy creature (both Chris and his trolls) can exist.
