It's also important to remember that Gruffin was 14 when she "came out". She was a child when she got into all this and started on the path of medicalization. That should not be glossed over. I have far more sympathy for her because of that than I do for any other reason. A child got on the path to an early death because of this fucking bullshit. If her parents had put their foot down, if people asking questions wasn't demonized...it's likely she could have gotten off the crazy train before it killed her. That is the tragedy in all this. No one here is happy about this, we're talking about it because we know it will keep happening to more young people because of the rainbow parades and affirmation. She's autistic and it shows. If she was normal she'd probably have been a theater kid as a way to get attention. She has the attention seeking thing but not the social skills to do it well. If she gets attention for something she beats that horse until it's long dead. She's pretty good at reading and interpreting studies but understanding human emotion is not her thing at all.

She also still tries on new identities (she claimed to be Mohawk/Metis but pronounced "Metis" wrong). She posted content about a depressed First Nations MtF in Alberta but didn't understand any of the Canadian First Nations lingo. Then she retconned her life story and said her Swedish(?) grandma used to call her "metisse" which is why she was "confused" about the pronunciation.

Canadian 1st Nations nonsense is so niche most of the internet won't notice if you're wrong about it. But anyone who's ever lived in Canada kind of saw through her at that point. She's still basically got the tranny mindset where she's trying to be something she's not. Also, it's fun to count the ethnic grandmas when it comes to Exulansic. I think she's up to 4-5 of them.

I have very little sympathy for Gruffin.

This poor kid is dead and her family doesn't need this right now. And this is all about Ex getting attention. Something that might help would be sending screenshots of Gruffin's TikTok about 8 surgeries in 2 years to the medical board with the doctor's name and a copy of her obituary. Dredging up her addiction doesn't do anything to stop this doctor or more kids from transing.

A lot of people are addicts. The pandemic isolated Gruffin and likely sent her back to using not trans ideology FFS. Exulansic seems to not have IRL friends which is why she doesn't get that.

If Gruffin had been in a car accident with less than a year of recovery and needed surgery, they might have still given her painkillers.

Exulansic is an expert on everything from addiction to brain development to clotting disorders. Odd because even a fully qualified GP will refer you to a specialist for any of those 3 conditions.

Oh God. Sierra at a rave? Although I know some autistic people are drawn to the EDM scene. One, everyone is rolling and they can easily get a hug/physical affection they would never get in the wild. Two, the availability of drugs makes it possible for them to feel something sometimes, too.

Usually when a person that young is taken off life support following brain death, their organs can be donated to give other people in need of a healthy organ a second chance at life. I wonder if any of Makayla's organs were fit for donation. Heart: definitely not, considering she had a heart attack; lungs; probably not, considering the multiple pulmonary embolisms, liver; likely not, too damaged by long-term testosterone abuse... Her body couldn't eliminate toxins after her kidneys shut down, not a doctor but I wouldn't be surprised if general poison build up didn't cause a cascading series of organ failures as shit started to back up. Her piss looked like sludge if you zoom right in on that clear tube. I doubt her blood looked much better. DIC is part of what kills Ebola patients, a book I read called the Hot Zone said all the tiny clots build up and damage all the organs. Ebola also cause Nitrous Oxide to build up in the blood that destroys the blood vessels which is why they bleed out. Troon Genital Mutilation is the only type of surgery where its accepted that revisions and corrective followups are guaranteed.
