Perhaps the parents want him to sell it to get him back on track financially?

Or perhaps Nick is selling it because the parents or trust will not be helping with his bills on it any longer?

As another possibility, maybe he wants to leave the state?

I'd bet it's either bankruptcy protection or civil suit protection.

It's likely his trust fund is protected from bankruptcy and civil lawsuits.

In bankruptcy he can retain his primary residence but not a second.

He's going to sell it and the cash will disappear. After he racks up a ton of legal debt and owes defamation money, he declares bankruptcy. Because of the trust fund, he may owe a monthly amount but it will be a pittance.

The house was built in 1981 and iron pipes were the norm back then. So likely a combination of the pipes and the water running through them. Still, why wouldn't you put lipstick on that pig? Wouldn't have cost much to replace that small shower.
A lot of sellers don't because unless a house is exactly what they want a lot of sellers just see recent renovations as something they'll have to pay to pull out and redo anyway.

With a house like that one, you're pretty much looking for a buyer to fall in love with it's potential, not its current state.

So which one of you enterprising Balldo enthusiasts is going to buy the Rekieta crack shack? If you look hard enough you can probably still find cocaine residue on the walls.

It looks like a murder bathroom in an S&M dungeon. Like people were bound to that chair and had their brains blown out. Why a realtor would include that in a listing is beyond me.
Worse. It looks like a shower in a nursing home or home life care with the shower chair and hard water. You typically seeing that stuff in elderly or stroke patients. Just enough room for them to climb on in with a walker, turn around, sit down, and reach for the water and nozzle to clean themselves with. Was this some grandparent's home before Rekieta took over?

The Redfin listing says it was used as a daycare before; which would explain the weird layout. But with the shower chair and what-not, I wouldn't be surprised if some immobile member of the Rekieta clan stayed there once upon a time.

Probably. With 6000sq ft of house to maintain, that looks like some neglected MIL suite shower. When you have five bathrooms and are a lazy piece of shit who doesn't know the value of preventative maintenance, fixing previous owner's fuckups or paying your property taxes, it's easy to just say "Oh yeah, that shower doesn't work", and leave it like that for years.

The absolute state of this bunker. Some of you guys are saying it's nice? Get your eyes washed.

Oof. Nice wall and gaudy cabinet, why use switches when you can have a gay cabinet?

Get a real coffee grinder.

If one adult lives like this, and it has been cleaned up for these shitty 3D photos, can you imagine 4 adults and 5 children?

Nice table of spices and condiments for your cooking, Balldo. Something about moving liquor out of the house (to your second one). COPE.

The absolute state of this cooktop. What's that? A butterdish?

Oh look, a tripod.

Will I send in an offer for this property? Answer below.

Didn't Kayla's parents use to live there?
I thought it was some sort of in laws brother/sister later kicked out off memory. Parents wouldnt be that old unless they had medical conditions. It's all clearly wheelchair bound people. I knew a friend who inherited a similar farmhouse type from their grandparents who were in their 80s after their death. I'll admit I dont know enough about Kayla's family so I cant say.

Up for sale is 12565 52ND ST NE, Spicer MN, 56288 for a myopically humble price of $450,000.
It would be worth more, but it being so close to the Balldome crashes the property value. Would you want a drug addicted retard having swinger parties and driving around everywhere while drunk off his ass

I'd do that just to fuck with the realtors. Bring up how you like to research the neighborhood, only to find out a neighbor is accused of giving his young child cocaine and has been seen drunk driving. Then when they're trying to compose themselves, ask for a discount.
