There's the Sleeping Dogs playthrough, where he mocked an Asian accent, mocked the Chinese language, there's the Scott Pilgrim Versus the World playthrough where he "joked" about the boss, who was an Asian character, by saying "I hate Asians! They're greasy, they smell, and I hate those slanty eyed faggots!" Everyone was like "Hey, WTF???" Also, let's NOT forget when he was in Bridgeport, his neighbors were having a block party and he dropped that he hates that he has to live "By the welfare people." and how they're "lazy, don't want to work.", and the sentence that shows the New England racist "This was a nice neighborhood before they moved in." Etc....His racist "jokes" aren't funny. I do think Phil is a racist, but of the New England kind.

Real talk, I'm impressed that Phil avoids dropping slurs in his videos. It's the only evidence I can recall that Phil has even a modicum of self-control. It wouldn't be a big deal for most people, but remember we're talking about the guy who can't stop himself from insulting his viewers no matter how deep into the toilet his views and tips go. Self-destruction is his bedfellow.

I'm not. He has at least 16 years experience of being a fake-ass fraud. Probably longer since it's been going on since the FGC days.

Phil's entire identity is based on pretending to be someone he's not in some aspect or another. He's the quintessential phony and what you describe as 'self-control' is what comes natural to him: Always behaving in a way that he thinks is agreeable to his current milieu.

Same here. I'm also quite shocked at how weirdly pliable this guy's personality is? For a guy who basically confirmed he has the combo of arrested development + oppositional defiance (that moment where he said if someone tells me to do something the more I feel compelled to not do it and vice versa). Fuck I can rattle three other instances at troons done quick that are as bad:
