Is there any parent out there who wouldn’t give their child a vaccine if they know it was 100% safe and would save them from ever getting a horrible disease? That’s not the case, they are not effective, to varying degrees, they have carcinogens and very bad side effects . Can we not suggest putting time and effort into improving them? It’s the very real Elephant in the room nobody is allowed to see.

If Brainworms does in fact drop out he should ask trump for an FDA position, he’s a trusty man in politics so I don’t see the harm in asking for that position and I’m pretty sure trump would oblige.

And the thing is that three out of the four issues (irregular periods, acne, hormonal imbalances) are strongly associated with being unhealthy generally, and being insulin resistant specifically. The first line of addressing these issues should be improving diet to see if it helps first because improving diet has zero side effects and every medication has at least some. Calorie restriction itself may not be very effective, but cutting out processed foods, targeted use of fasting, and specialized diets used for insulin resistance related conditions like diabetes (low GI, low carb, etc) all can be.

The added benefit is if you address underling causes like that you also improve associated conditions like PCOS which may result in infertility. So one therapy may mean fewer women on birth control, and fewer needing IVF in the future. Not to mention fewer who are obese or diabetic.

Granted the US isn't keen on using diet to fix much of anything because diets are considered temporary and the only one recommended is typically calorie restriction which alone often isn't sufficient to resolve insulin resistance compared to other methods. We tend to very much be throw meds at the problem first, throw more at it later when that doesn't work.
But it doesn't have to be that way.

Endometriosis - I may concede that one. I don't know of an effective treatment for it beyond treating the symptoms and I don't know what causes it. But that's 3/4 which may be addressed with much less harmful measures that have side benefits of improved health, instead of side effects from just addressing symptoms and potentially leading to more issues down the road (as birth control not uncommonly causes weight gain which may exacerbate health issues).

Michelle (or Big Mike) rocking a turquoise could also be interesting, if she wants to really hide her wider feminine frame, it's about making your shoulders look smaller, so maybe something slimming in the shoulder area with details and accents at the waist or mid-torso to draw the eye away from the wideness.
