Fourth’d. The journey was fun but we reached its denouement with the discovery of PL being a mid-to-low tier CWC-style persona for MarioTehPlumber, a Nintendo-aligned autismo in his own right after he pulled that stunt involving the Smash Bros.-themed Rosalina amiibos.

If a mod wants to lock the thread I won’t object to it, all that I ask is that the possibility of reopening it (if MTP’s assburgers flares up again) remain on the table.

That bit about keeping the “bring the thread back onto the main Lolcow forum if is autism flares up again“ is something I‘m still favoring, we all know how these things turn out.

I agree with you on the FleshLeaf thing. Even with the reputation Kiwi Farms has gotten over the years one of the things we all seem to agree on is that tipping (Hell, we even have a rule about it) isn’t exactly fun, especially when sexual assault is involved.

That said the discovery that it was a semi-serious LARP was mixed bag, some people found it to be a new chapter in the PL Saga whilst it killed the joy of watching his outbusts. I’m in the former category but I can understand why people may feel a bit gypped about it.

After being in viewing distance of the guy I had this sneaking suspicion that something was up. He'd mentioned saving people's photos or even their comments and messages in places, would hold onto smears and grudges, and it just reeked of this feeling of "high functioning sociopath." I had only heard of the guy around late 2021 thanks to another personal schizocow and an artist I know lore dumping about them to me because of the affiliation both of them had to a certain indie game since someone brought up "PL" and I was confused about it because of the unfortunate abbreviation shared with Pokemon Legends, which had been announced that year.

I'm not even sure John keeps the PL persona up anymore, it's a shell, or he's even active outside of it and honestly, I'd rather keep it that way.
