It's been like that since Obama got into office. Even Joe was talking about healing and uniting while going after the Jan6 guys and Trump with the full extent (and beyond) of the law. It's all empty promises because they don't want unification, they want submission.

I don't get it, why the Orthodox Priest? Like, what's the connection? The Sikh shit at the RNC was weird, but Harmeet does good work on the legal front so there was some connection. The Dems are godless heathens and Satan worshippers, even if they don't know it.

I really do not know why you are being given shit for this because you are right. RFK -is- the NeverTrump vote. people who hate Trump but also believe the Democrats have gone insane. It is why he took 5% from Biden and only 2% from Trump. Him leaving the race is almost certainly a net negative to Trump, because the endorsement won't override the NeverTrump stigma.

Got a call from an Orthodox friend of mine and he's fucking livid over this, apparently there was some sort of agreement for them not to involve themselves in politics and seems to think this violated that. It's why there wasn't an Orthodox priest doing anything for the RNC either.

the politics thing is the church doesn't ask God for any particular candidate to win or to push any party's policies. pray for the country, the leader of the country, the armed forces, stuff in the trisagion prayer.

Nothing wrong with speculation and gossip on the gossip site. To be completely honest, like Draggs said, it does lean heavily into gayop territory when you just say 'oh so and so is gay', like that doesn't really have weight anymore. So it was probably easier to care about when, y'know, we they got lynched in America still.
