It looks like he's flailing desperately, trying to get off the hook any way he can when he should just be going for the plea deal. Correct me if I am horribly wrong here, but this is just my uneducated opinion.
Hope the prosecution tear him apart like vultures for wasting their time, "questioning the authenticity" of his coke nose when there is so much evidence both on camera and from his IRL exposure that he was under influence shows me he has no solid game plan.
