this entire genre of post-hardcore emo band nerd are basically just rivers cuomo except they never ended up on television, so even though they have quite a lot of fans and sell a lot of merch and get shows - by anybody's understanding are actually very successful for a touring band - they have an obvious chip on their shoulder about not being as popular as they wanted to. especially because that success came by pidgeonholing themselves into a scene that sacrifices their ability to become mainstream in the way that they ultimately want

i see a lot of his shirts and i really dont understand why. the music sucks and the band sucks harder.

Radke is a TTD supporter, and it seemed like abuse allegations from his exes came from clout chasing bitches. His histrionics are very reminiscent of classic rockstars in general. I'll back this guy any day over Fagtano. Absolute pathetic show regarding Ye - yes nigger, you refused to review his new drop the first time, the second time it's just a monkey performing for his masters.

I know a little about this stuff as I paid attention after his drama with other music critics. He was a druggie in a relationship with other druggies, so he probably was violent at some point and has had charges brought against him. Not something people can’t move on from, especially since one of those people is the mother of his daughter who he has a lot of contact with. Not exactly clout chasing, just him being a junkie dipshit. He and others were falsely accused of rape though and all were exonerated with CCTV footage, his critics pretend like he did it though.

He sued that girl who accused him of rape and was successful, likely why he’s doing it again now. I think he did it for one of the domestic absue charges, which was also successful, but does not mean much because he’s rich and civil courts work in the favour of that.

Just some notes after watching the archived video, Radke has apologised for the Mic stand thing multiple times and says that’s the one thing he regrets. He does anti-cancel culture rants on Twitter and has said he’s on Twitter so much because he’s rich with too much free time.

He did say something about Fantano that pretty much sums him up, in that he can criticise whatever but if they were in the studio and he were to ask him what should come next in the song, Fantano would have absolutely zero fucking idea.

He has said he has some really shit old music and that he sings like a deaf person in this particular song. Some crimes can’t be forgiven however.
