Edit: I guess the single take away from this video is that she did not travel back to the US with her child and Tarl. Nothing definitive as to where the child is. But at one time Tarl did talk about filming videos of his child in the garden (so at one point showing his child on stream wasn't a concern). That isn't happening so far. So maybe Tarl isn't going to be able to take his daughter back without the mother.
Hopping back and forth to the Netherlands for a couple weeks every few months is not a sustainable solution for their whole thing. At some point something is gonna have to give and one of them will have to either move in permanently (so not Tarl) or walk away for good.
