Incorrect, you can still own certain automatic firearms, they’re just NFA items and also extremely expensive.
No shit, machine guns are prohibited by the NFA unless they were manufactured before 1986, you register them, submit fingerprints and a photo, pay a special tax and pass an intrusive government check. Tons of people are in federal prison right now for illegally owning machine guns.

Expect a mass shooting to occur before November.

tl;dr: A judge actually applied strict scrutiny to the Second Amendment (which is pretty clear, want a gun, yes you can have it, even if it's big black and scary) and the feds didn't even bother trying to make their case, assuming it was just common judicial knowledge they can ban some types of guns. Can you imagine if this gets to SCOTUS and the liberals + female conservatives on the court can't get one of the male conservatives to flip?

(this will absolutely get overturned by the circuit and probably scotus but still):

That's not tradition. The NFA is FDR era bullshit inspired by gangster movies.
I understand, I was challenging the claim that the purpose of the ruling was to somehow force a higher court to set a precedent when there are already many. My guess is the purpose is for a higher court to strike down the NFA altogether because as you said, the historical tradition exists for the legal ownership of machine guns not outlawing them.

I have one image as answer of this

This is not an empire riiight

You have the biggest military spending for å reason.
Yeah its called defending freedom, preventing nuclear armageddon, and making sure you, a Euro, get FREE (tm) Healthcare because your military consists of tinfoil and paper straws.

To be fair, what tradition actually means is still a little murky post-Rahimi.
I agree that the correct outcome should be to say “no, the NFA is not constitutional, ‘SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED’ is quite plain in its meaning and the founders let people own cannons ffs.”
But I would not be shocked to see Robert’s squish like he did with Rahimi, and say “well when we said tradition we didn’t really mean it…”

Attacking Vance for going to Yale is, and forgive me for using this term, weird. Why would it be a bad thing? I thought Democrats complained rethuglicans were ignorant chuds who didn't go to college? But now that they go to college it's a bad thing? What? And why is Timmy bragging that none of his students went to Yale? I guess he sucked as a teacher, then.

They don't always need Jews directly. Behind everything you have AIPAC, behind that the payment processors, Peter Theil for example. Social media companies, Zuckerberg. Behind that the Club of Rome, Trilateral Commission, behind that the central banks, the IMF. The Rothschilds.

If every company and organization and bank was controlled by Arabs, people would be alarmed. But because it's Jews, people don't want to be racist. 😆😆

To be fair to Peter Thiel, he sold PayPal in 2002, LONG before they started banning people and businesses for political reasons.

I feel like it's another "we don't want to call the thing what it is and instead refer to strict technical definitions" situation.

Why people evade this I don't know. A lot of the planet is under direct or indirect control of the U.S., even if it's slipping now, and even if the people under its yoke benefit, it's an empire of perhaps a different kind but it's an empire of some sort.

It's like saying indentured servitude isn't slavery because it isn't the same kind of chattel slavery that existed in the Antebellum south in the U.S. It's nonsensical to me and I don't get the desire to evade the label.
Shut up and take your dose of JOY.

I didn't want to point it out but that reminded me of LISA the rpg.

Democrats hate people who grew up in poverty succeeding.

A lot of that one is "this is the worst fucking case possible to try and defend" The guy was a danger and not who you want to bring to the SC over this sort of thing... there's a "This Week in Guns" (the show with the anchor baby lawyer and AnCom 3D printer enthusiast) episode that covers it. If the facts in this case aren't as icky, it might stand a chance... The Rahimi decision was very narrowly tailored.

Little Bitch (confirmed) Faggot Kinzinger speaking tonight, seemingly as the setup for Kamabla, oh these fuckers don't realize how much better that makes Trump look, when that midget will be up there crying about democracy.

And then the next day Kennedy will be out to endorse Trump, showing what a real across party line flip is, as he says the democrats are such cheaters they won't let him get on the ballot in states.
