How would you be able to "well regulate" something as subjective as drawn content? Especially when there are retards who call women with obviously mature features like large breasts, hips as "lolicon"?

The reason why illegal CP content refers to actual CP is because there is an objective ground the law can stand on: the people involved are underage.

As morally reprehensible lolicon really is, there is no sturdy ground that the law can apply to properly regulate these things. Anyone can have an opinion on what constitutes loli or not. It will just create massive legal confusion and shit will be banned that shouldn't be, and shit won't be banned when they technically "should".

That is a tremendously superior state of affairs compared to the present where any child with an internet connection can stumble across pornography simply by going to Reddit which is one of the most popular websites on the internet. Or is exposed to Cropped pornography presented as a meme.

My avatar isn't "lolicon." It's a picture of a funny 2D girl. Lolicon is when perverts draw her naked or in suggestive situations.

But more on topic, lolicon is actually a good example. It's very gross, nasty content that is the peak of perversity, but if porn is legal, then why not allow lolicon? The argument is that it's a supplement/gateway drug to actual CP, which is true...but so is regular porn. How many people go down that pipeline because normal porn doesn't do it for them anymore? Since porn addiction makes people troon out or turn bisexual, is it surprising porn turns some people into pedos? This isn't lolicon that's making pedos, it's normal porn sending people down a pipeline just like how alcohol is a pipeline to being a poly drug using junkie like Nick Rekieta (whose love of homosexuality and pimping out is wife also a result of his porn addiction). So no, banning lolicon does not make sense without banning lots of porn in general which I fully support.

See, pornography is a mind-warping drug, and like any drug it has to be used responsibly (if at all). When they banned tobacco advertising outside of gas stations, banned it from being shown as cool in movies marketed toward kids, made it uncool in general to smoke, warned everyone about the health risks, and strictly enforced the age limit, smoking rates plummeted. Prohibition did the same with alcohol, and even now Americans don't drink like they did before Prohibition (alcoholism was insanely common in 19th century America).

Why not do that with porn? Ban extreme content (like lolicon but also BDSM, interracial, jailbair, and most all fetish porn in general), put lots of health warnings, make talking about sex and fetishes outside the bedroom (including online) uncool, enforce ID laws to enter porn sites, arrest people for exposing minors to porn, and strictly regulate the porn industry in general. The results would be incredible and I guarantee you would lower the amount of rapes (include animal rape and child rape), STDs, and people trooning out. Yes, I'm sure some sickos stay home and don't rape people or engage in disgusting sex acts because porn fills that need for them, but I'm just as sure they're outnumbered by the amount of people introduced to that shit by porn addiction.

Pornography is bad for all involved in it, less the producer. It is the exploitation of love and the natural instinct to reproduce. It generates profit at the expense of the subject and the consumer in the form of time and loss of attachment. I don't think it can be banned realistically, but the widespread acceptance and normalization of it has had horrific consequences for my generation.
