To be honest, I don't see how Manning's post was that embarassing. It's simping for her but it's ultimately just an insulting contrast between her and the sweating, quadruple maleboobed ragepig filming her hoping for xitter engagement. Dick just made up a quote there, and correctly assumed that no one who reads his tweets has the attention span to read that screenshot.
It’s not even simping.

You want to see simping, see any of my posts about Kayla. Or any of the April enjoyers talking about having her sitting on their face.

Manning is just stating facts: She’s an attractive, confident young woman. Whose court clothes put Racket’s harems trailer trash style to shame.

(Leggings in court?! Seriously?!)

Nick must have misremembered the wording of the warrant to pursue this argument this far because it's just.. self refuting in context.
Kind of like how he misremembered his own words that got him sued by Monty. Rekieta is not the brightest light on the Christmas tree.

Excellent post! One important detail is missing: Celeste worked outside the home for most, if not all, of Nick's childhood. I’d love to provide specific sources for this information, but I’d prefer not to sift through countless hours of streams to find it. Nevertheless, I know this to be true because Nick has mentioned it several times. He has talked about the extensive time he spent gaming and later watching porn on his computer in his bedroom with minimal supervision
Nick and Drex both talked about being latchkey kids. I don't know if that was true at a young age for Nick, but you are correct on Nick's (lack of) being parented from school age onward. The coom-brain is another thing Nick and Rich "lowtax" Kyanka have in common.

I've been trying to keep track of his current argument. He indiciates his argument is not that the stream is not accurate, but rather his argument is that the officer lied about seeing 'his stream'.

I have no fucking idea what retarded shit he is on with that.
He doesn't understand either.

The motion is claiming the detective lied, and also that the detective didn't view an accurate video.

Why does this matter? Research indicates that boys with working mothers may experience less favorable outcomes compared to girls with working mothers
Why is that relevant? It appears that research generally indicates that girls with working mothers tend to fare better compared to those with stay-at-home moms, with outcomes measured in terms of education, employment, and income. Diving into this topic can be quite complex. From a feminist perspective, the data usually highlights the benefits for daughters and downplays any negative effects on boys, and there are some. On the flip side, some qualitative studies, often with conservative or religious biases, suggest that boys might be negatively impacted when both parents are employed. These perspectives are particularly noted within some conservative Black communities.
The key point regarding Nick is that he appears to have overcompensated in several significant ways. He made a family with not just one, but two stay-at-home parents, a heightened focus on religion, and a move to a rural town. Additionally, he married a conservative woman who wanted eight children.

How's that workin' out for you, buddy?

How much of that was his dream, and how much of it was Kayla’s dream?

Look at how dysgenic and dweebish Nick looked in his 20ies.

Now look at the comparative smoke show that Kayla was. I think Nick had a realization that he had scored a chick way above his level (and AFAIK the trustfund wasn’t a thing yet.)

So he did what any dysgenic dweeb with a smoking hot wife does. Bends over backwards to keep her happy.

Move to Minnesota to be close to her family? Sure honey!
Lots of kids? Penis able and willing!
Serious about religion? Lord Jesus, help me I’m but a poor sinner!

Over the years, this obviously didn’t jibe with Nick’s narc personality. And as he became rich and popular he went full balldo, and all of his repressed degeneracy and narcissism exploded into an ego fueled fire of hedonism, cucking and coke.

In fact, I'd daresay it would be easier to prove that Aaron was going through Ralph to get to Nick/April rather than vice versa. Don't underestimate Aaron's stupidity in order to retain the center square. He's trying to annoy people the state accused of felony. They are going to smack him hard if he keeps this up. The dramaz if Nick filed for a restraining order against Aaron after the boxing challenge and revenge porn....
I despise Aaron but if he contacted the prosecutors and got intimidation of witness and illegal doxing charges filed against Ethan Ralph that would be absolutely fucking hilarious and totally worth it. Sometimes in life you have to choose the funny option.

True, though I wonder why Dick hasn't used your or their posts as ammo yet, considering he reads this thread often and everyone here keeps mentioning you every time Kayla is mentioned lol

$10 says Nick messaged Dick to get him to dunk on captain manning’s post specifically, given their history.

While I can appreciate that DSP is coming into the sektur cold and is trying to make sense of this nonsense the best he can, he's wrong in his interpretation. Nick was talking to Kurt about stupid cops, stupid judges, etc. and the joke was aimed at the cops. Something something cops are dumb. I don't know, I'm still baffled by it all.

The real point of the Denny’s joke is that some people are so dumb/bored that they will even try to make sense out of a cokehead’s drunk ramblings.

Sure the Denny's joke was dumb and pointless, but the "Mexicans can only spell 'repair'" joke contains deep, esoteric wisdom that finally explains how wearing the balldo isn't gay and how Nick actually didn't poison his child with cocaine.

He said the IRS code is so confusing that even a senior IRS agent wouldn't be able to tell you whether you complied or not.

The Denny's menu is confusing because it's way too long and everything has a cutesy name that reveals little about the dish itself, e..g., "Classic Slams." (WTF is a slam?)

He was likening the confusing IRS code to the confusing Denny's menu, and likening the confused IRS agent to a confused cop. I think he used "cop" to match "IRS agent" only bc it's an authority figure. It would have made more sense if he'd used "senior waitress."

If I gave testimony on the stand that I came into work this morning and sat in my chair, Nick would call me a liar. I didn't sit IN my chair. I was lying to the court and intentionally misleading the jury because I was not physically INSIDE the chair when I sat down. I actually sat ON the chair and am therefore committing perjury.

That's what he's trying to pull here. "You didn't watch my video, you watched a COPY of my video. You are therefore lying in order to maliciously prosecute me."

He's trying, but no one's buying.

Where did Pomplun explain where he watched the video? In the application for the warrant, Pomplun explicitly states he did not watch the video removed on Rumble or YouTube.

one rotten apple shouldn’t spoil the whole barrel.
One rotten apple does spoil the whole barrel. That is the phrase. It is using the metaphor of a bunch of apples sealed in a barrel with a rotten apple. The mold spreads. They get ruined.

A system that tolerates Bingers (he's still a licensed attorney in Wisconsin and not disbarred, jailed, or swinging (legally and ironically in minecraft) from a lamp post) is rotten. Prosecutorial abuse and police misconduct happens, and it almost always happens without consequence for the officers or the prosecutors beyond losing a case. It happens a lot. It's a huge problem. Did it happen to Nick in Kandiyohi county? No. But you should always start with a presumption of innocence precisely because the government is made up of people. People who chose government as a career. They are power-seeking snakes and you should always make them prove that they aren't lying. If you are a good prosecutor: sucks to be you, you chose the company that you keep. Government is a necessary evil that we only tolerate because there are people like the Rekietas in the world.

That is Rekieta's linguistic game. Everything he says is interpreted (beyond the bounds of reason) in the light most favorable to him. Everything anyone else says is interpreted in the light most favorable to him, often in an unfavorable way for the speaker. If he can't torture the language or if he just forgets about something, he lies.

That’s the phrase, indeed. I agree with your critique of the system, which is why I explicitly said, "when it comes to a group of individuals."
I think there are corrupt prosecutors. Doesn't makes me think all prosecutors are bad, and the profession is spoiled. But I agree that there is institucional problems within.
When it comes to a group of individuals, one rotten apple shouldn’t spoil the whole barrel.

I think Nick understands "taken off of Balldo's social media sites" to mean "taken FROM Balldo's social media sites." The former meaning I was able to watch the deleted/removed videos; the latter would be mean he watched the originals straight from Nick's accounts. Whether he's too wetbrained to parse it correctly or it's typical Balldo semantics, only Nick knows.

I am very excited for Pomplun to get on the stand and say "I watched the whole thing on Odysee" and hand Nick his ass on a silver platter. The REEEEEEEEE-ing on stream that evening will be amazing.

I'll take "typical Balldo semantics" for $1000, please.

Speaking of which, I bet the Balldo people are pretty pissed that their brand is tied to Rekieta. It's such a fucked up idea of a sex toy that they deserve it, though.

It's the ethylene gas. An over ripe apple gives off a lot and causes the ones around it to ripen quickly and then go rotten. But, if you have green bananas you want to ripen you can put them in a paper bag with an apple and they'll ripen faster.

That's sounds like a painfully bad move then. Prior paragraph makes it obvious.

He must be hoping the cops say something dumb during the Franks.

He doesn't understand either.

Actually it's dumber than that, the motion actually doesn't allege any material changes to the video IIRC.

It alleges that a watermark was added (not really true, as has been pointed out, it's the YouTube UI) but the point of this is not to allege that the video is somehow inaccurate, but to demonstrate that he must have known it was not on Rekieta's channel.

It's bizarre but it's super clear that he actually believes it will work.

"Your Affiant was able to review the video that was taken off of Nicholas' YouTube and Rumble social media sites."

Rekieta says that this was a lie.

Note that the sentence has two possible meanings - the video was taken off of Nick's social media by Cog downloading it and reuploading it, and that the video was "taken down" by Nick making it private. Both of these meanings are true. Both things actually happened.

That's sounds like a painfully bad move then. Prior paragraph makes it obvious.
He clearly actually is convinced of it, which will make it even better when it inevitably fails.
