I'm pretty sure all* of the hololive members are over 18 and were when they were hired, Kobo is probably putting up a act somewhat, though I wouldn't be too shocked if she acts like that IRL too.

*Some of the earliest Hololive members were actually underage when they joined I believe, but that hasn't been the case for a long while.

Looking at that screenshot I remembered that Kobo was found out because she placed 3rd in a song writing contest that leaked her name. When i searched on YouTube for it there were tons of recent tiktok clips/streams of her. I don't think anyone else of HoloID does regular tiktok flesh streams, only Twitch now and then.

Just like a bunch of the girls she's probably in NY prepping for the concert.

Only one there I've seen has any streams planned is Mori who's doing a Member's watchalong of Die Hard and then a zatsu stream after both of which she's prefaced with some other members might show up in the stream if they want to hang out or chat. So maybe Shiori will pop in since she's always one to show up to those types of streams even if just for a few minutes.
