Dave Brian Muscato / Danielle Tatiana Muscato / Danielle Brian Muscato - Half-Assed Trans Activist, Fully Arrested, Rape Appropriator, Currently Trying to Extort His Parents

Exactly.

Lawyer: I've gotten you a good deal, the best deal we're gonna get. Take it, ma'am. You've got a lousy case. The evidence is stacked against you. You're going to lose on all three counts. The judge is going to come down hard on you at sentencing. Take the deal. Plead and skate, ma'am.

Dave: NoooooOOooo. I'm innercent and must testify for nine hours while the jury cries! Look at these pix of my kitteh. Tee hee.

Narrator: The lawyer next summarized the evidence that will be presented against Dave. Dave found it disturbing and went back to smiling at the cat pix on his phone.

Lawyer at coffee counter with paralegal: Fucktard.

Paralegal: You can't say things like that anymore.

Lawyer: Fucktard.
Lawyer: You may want to remove the video of you waiting in a parking lot to harass your elderly parents.
Dave: Nooo child. It’s evidence of my parent’s abuse.

Where is the princess's seat that he supposedly needs to sit in while playing? I thought he couldn't stand and perform due to his back? This is the type of thing that will get your ass into a fraud hearing for disability.
Our disabled princess 💔💔💔

He occasionally jams out in his Facebook livestreams. If you want to hear actual recordings he's made, check out this post.

While we wait for Dave's next meltdown, if you haven't heard them yet, here are two of the "rough demos" from his "forthcoming studio album."

Rate me late but...

Has anyone ever read Dave's working copy of “Dr Muscato is Abusive: A True Story of Domestic Violence, Police Corruption, and Child Abuse”?

I asked ChatGPT-4o to summarize the document, cause ain't nobody got time for that.

The document appears to be a draft of a book about experiences and ideas related to narcissism, with several personal anecdotes interwoven. Here are some key points gathered from the text:

1. Book Development: The author worked on the book's outline, introduction, first chapter, and chose the title, sitting down to read it over in the kitchen.

2. Extravagant Parties: The author describes throwing elaborate 50th and 60th birthday parties for their parents, involving extensive planning, distant relatives, grand dinners, and high-end catering, costing around $20,000, excluding flights and hotel rooms.

3. Parental Neglect and Passive Aggressiveness: There are several instances of the author's parents being neglectful or passive-aggressive, such as forgetting to order the author’s dinner, buying the wrong items despite explicit instructions, and claiming not to see important messages.

4. Family Conflicts: The document recounts conflicts with family members, such as an altercation where someone broke a windshield over a cheeseburger and disputes over internet usage.

5. Disregard for Author’s Condition: Despite knowing about the author's serious health conditions and efforts to apply for disability benefits, the parents seem to disregard or minimize the author's struggles, questioning why they don’t do more, such as tutoring, despite clear reasons provided.

6. Medical Neglect: The author mentions a severe issue where the father, a medical doctor, withheld vital prescription medications for three weeks until a judge intervened. This highlights a profound lack of empathy and support from the parents.

7. Author’s Pain and Overexertion: The author describes how their efforts to maintain a basic level of daily activity such as cooking and cleaning have hindered recovery from back surgery. Despite professional advice and potential for Medicaid aid, the parents expect more from the author.

8. Desire to Hurt: The author believes that their father actively wishes for their suffering, especially after being publicly exposed for violent abuse, indicating deep familial dysfunction and hostility.

Overall, these narratives paint a picture of a strained relationship characterized by a lack of empathy, support, and understanding from narcissistic parents towards their child.

So it sounds like the same shit we've read over and over again from Dave.

The working title concludes "with accompany [sic] album of original songs." I guess I better read this shit now before that happens. Let's see ....

Structure. On page 23 he lists the planned chapter headings, all 29 of them. He does not write to them. At the end, on page 50, he lists 30 chapter titles, only some of which are the same as those on page 23. He uses only two of those headings, one on page 24, the other on page 38.

Content. It seems to be copypasta from his Facebook howls. Or maybe it flows the other way. He pastes chunks from the draft into Facebook because he's a lazy ass even when it comes to complaining.

High points. The couch doesn't come along until page 27. Did we know that his mother washed his head scarf while he was in the shower after he had told her he didn't want her to wash it at all? Also page 27.

Do we already know about the bar chart showing parental expenditures on his behalf? See page 30, but he does not include the chart, writing, "Talk about how parents are supposed to sacrifice for their children if necessary."

He uses those "talk about" prompts quite often, so exciting new details may yet surface. He has 30 years of diary entries to draw on.

Did we know Jeff agreed to secretly remove things Dave wanted from their parents' house? See page 49. Dave promised to spend $70 on Jeff at Applebee's if he did so. The sous chef at the Columbia Applebee's must get carried away with the truffle oil or something. But Jeff just took a third of the things on the list and not the important ones. Dave does not say if he cut Jeff back to a $23.33 burger platter and Coke or didn't take Jeff to Applebee's at all. Major stress point in their relationship either way, I'll bet.

Omissions. I was hoping to learn how Dave lost his virginity, but virgin appears 0 times; sex appears twice and only in "sexually abused" as in Tennessee. Date as in a social activity appears twice, once referring to Andy's prom date and once when saying his father wanted him to date a rich girl, something Dave's successfully avoided.

Girlfriend appears 5 times and pertains to 1 girl whom he knew when he was 17. Girl appears only as part of girlfriend. Gender appears twice as part of "misgender," penis 0, vagina 0, porn 0, trans 3, transphobic 1, arrested 6, disabled 6.

My blurb for back cover. "Miss Muscato seems to have enabled the spellchecker and it is delightful that I noticed."

3. Parental Neglect and Passive Aggressiveness: There are several instances of the author's parents being neglectful or passive-aggressive, such as forgetting to order the author’s dinner, buying the wrong items despite explicit instructions, and claiming not to see important messages.

i cried so hard reading about these ghoulish abuses inflicted upon our principessa that my keyboard flooded and short-circuited, so now i'm having to use voice-to-text abloo bloo bloo bloo sorry still crying

EDIT: wow there is SO much guitar sperging in that document... dave as a 17-year-old already had many many thousands of dollars' worth of guitars:

...and is already a self-adoring narc:
I think my best performance tonight was on hendrix's Voodoo Chile. I totally let loose, I just
cranked it and PLAYED with everything I had in me. I think I played my solo behind my head, I can't really remember. But I remember people were clapping DURING my solo, and i was like, "cool!" ... After I finished the song, I kissed my guitar, and we took a break. I have never heard such applause in my life, it was thrilling! Three people came up to shake my hand

At one point dave says "I am so poor that I have to sell guitars every month to pay rent" which is hilarious because he doesn't seem to understand that this "poverty lifestyle" entails owning such a massive overabundance of guitars that you can sell multiple monthly.

he also eyeball-polices his mom -- she abusively refused to accept her unemployed son's repeated admonitions about her eyeball comportment1724578163879.png

she also eye-punished dave for politely taking the magazine she was reading out of her hands
