For obvious reasons, these women should never be subscribed estrogen-based birth control, because estrogen elevates the risk.

The homozygotic form (disease is inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern) is relatively uncommon, but if you're a heterozygote, it might put you in the "higher than normal but usually not fatal in your early 20's" bracket. Again, not sure if Gruffin had this, but if she did, it might have compounded her issues and made her more prone to blood clots, as well as boosting environmental effects such as a shit diet and years of wrong-sex hormones. Do we know if she smoked? I find it odd that she apparently went straight to heroine in her mid-teens.

I don’t think she died from a clot, at least not directly. In July, she posted about a bleeding in the brain. Bleeding in kidney failure is common, it fucks up the platelets (among other things). If she was unlucky enough to have a clotting disorder that needed to be treated with anticoagulants at the same time… well, seems pretty bleak.

TLDR: I shamelessly speculate that she probably bled out, or developed some kind of nightmare disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) which is micro clots and bleeding at once. Would be ironic if DIC killed her in more than one way.

She was probably taking half a dozen pills daily in the last year of her life. Including warfarin. Medicines have counter effects. The more you take of them the more out wack your body gets.

I know all of us who read this thread are already aware that the supposedly low regret rates are a huge lie when in comes to SRS, with all the "I can't pee normally, I'm shitting from my new vagina, I don't enjoy sex, I want to unalive myself but I don't regret anything" we see on a daily basis basically, but I want to draw attention to the fact that it happens with "top surgery" (of females) too, even if not to the same amount, for obvious reasons.

None of this is surprising, we all see this in daily life as well even from people who aren't in a cult. Americans in particular have a culture where it's taboo to admit regret or error or weakness. But whether is a mistake or not a little it doesn’t matter, you e made the changes, and you’re always allowed to switch it up, I became significantly more androgynous and have been having fun experimenting with femme expression all while feeling way more comfortable with where my body is.

Genuinely curious if her parents are dumb enough to just shrug and say “guess that happens!” about the fact that their daughter died in her early TWENTIES from a stroke, or whether they have started calling lawyers already.

They were dumb/obedient enough to help push her on the tranny train, so wouldn’t be surprised if they go along with “The doctor said that…” rather than raise hell, but who knows. Maybe the promise of a 5-6 figure check will shake them out of their placidity.

Why do so many of you assume Sierra took her information from here? Quite a number of people enjoy her videos and she has made an ongoing series about Gruffin, so isn't it more likely that someone simply told her Gruffin had died?
She may well have taken some information about it from here afterwards but the assumption that she's continually lurking for information to steal uncredited is silly.

Gruffin had been dead for a month before anyone realized, Sierra first started posting about it within a couple of hours of a poster here finding her obituary.

It's definitely good she's reaching a lot of people, the more people that know about this shit the better. I just find the way she does it funny. I find a lot of things she does funny. Dialysis + blood thinners + excess testosterone for a woman is a huge risk factor stacked on top of a huge risk factor.
The Testosterone increases red blood cells, and the blood thinners exacerbate any problem that causes.

Her parents should sue, but they've been immersed in the Cults bullshit for years, and no doubt have all kinds of gendershit vampires hanging around them with the "there's no way anyone could have known/these things happen/nothing to do with the rotdog" cope, on top of which it will be hard for them to see the truth because they supported Makayla's insanity all the way, meaning they share some of the blame.

Weird thing but when you are really really ill, the idea of hurting yourself is way beyond something you consider.
You don't have the get up and go to organise something painless like sourcing loads of painkillers ( and you can't start to slowly save like when people get a far off terminal diagnosis cos they keep getting swallowed up by your relentless pain) and even in that kind of death, the idea of failure and making yourself MORE ill is terrifying.
Something actually violent like hanging or wrist cut? Pffff no no no way that even comes to mind.

She 100percent just rotted through her kidneys, an absolutely horrible way to go. Probably spent at least a week in a coma at the end, hopefully not feeling anything.

I don't know, but I was always told with depressives, the worrying time is when they start feeling better and have more energy, because then they can form a plan and carry it out, and the rise in spirits can come just from deciding to do it.
