Stealing the election is a forbidden-by-consiquences thing, so as long as public favor is with them they can get away with stealing the election. With public favor plummeting immediately after the DNC and only standing to get worse, the consequences are too dire to make stealing possible. Some places may attempt it, but we had the last election to tighten up rules and figure out what exactly needs to be monitored to prevent another steal.
Honestly I believe it will be called for Trump the night of election day, and if not the Democrats will be forced to buckle under public outcry and correct their fraud so Trump becomes elected.

From the outside looking in up here in Leafistan, The Democrats will probably get their votes from the usual suspects, but much like 2020 if they DO commit and go for the steal, it won't be subtle and the line will be almost vertical.
