@Manicou might help with this situation. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, so if not, please let me know where to go with this...
Firstly, this is NOT a PA request...I am honestly asking for clarification about the situation I am aware of.
As I have mentioned in other threads, I am located in the southeast US. We have a very larger Central American immigrant population here.
I am well acquainted with a local reptile rescue organization. Within the last two weeks, they have been called to a certain apartment complex where they have responded to calls about people reporting seeing large green tree iguanas (Iguana iguana) that have have had their front arms tied behind their back with rope in one instance, and a zip-tie in the other. They were able to find, rescue, and free both of them (they were found wandering around the complex), but the one with the zip ties was in such bad shape that one or more of its legs might need to be amputated.
Some people have speculated that these lizards are being used for food by some of the immigrants who come from regions where these are actually considered food.
Now, I am a proud carnivore, and I know there are some brutal elements to the meat industry, BUT, I have a very hard time the with torturing the animal before it is processed to "enhance the flavor", ie. foi gras, and don't even get me started on the Chinese and what they do to dogs.
So, my question is, are these theories accurate? Is there a culinary reason these iguanas would be bound like this?
Or is this more likely some sick fuck who is getting off on binding up iguanas?
I have numerous photos showing what I am talking about, but I am not going to post them unless:
1) This is the right place to post them, and
2) This is not just some old Abuelita preparing stew for her family like she was taught in the "old country".
The answer to those questions will determine my next steps...
Once again, if this is the wrong place for this, please point me in the right direction.
Incredibly, I went to most of Adam's shit, as it happened. I saw all the manhunt live, and while this disturbed me very bad, caused me panic attacks and even I had nightmares, waking up frightened with this son of a bitch's face and frames from what I saw...I've never, ever been so disturbed by anything more than this Adam Britton story, I fell down the rabbit hole and read the descriptions and saw the screenshot of that poor dog's eyes. How can anyone do such a horrible thing is beyond me. Call me naive, but I didn't think this sort of stuff existed, and fuck, I just stopped therapy. Thank you to Kiwifarms for all the work that you do.
Power level but since you asked: I moved years ago to a Central America country and what you described is normal. I was shocked at first, but yeah. It’s not done to “enhance the flavor” or anything like that as far as I know, it’s just the way they “store the meal until the slaughter”.Not sure if this is the right place to post this, so if not, please let me know where to go with this...

Hi there. I am trying to write a book about the crimes of Adam Britton, how he went unnoticed for years, and how he was finally caught. I would love to speak with you or at least communicate via email. I've just joined Kiwi farms to help with my research as I realise people on this forum were instrumental in helping track him down. You have good information, so if there is some way we can talk I would be grateful.Sometimes good things do happen.
Zoosadist behind "1 bitch 9 pups" has been arrested. A big thank you goes out to fellow dedicated kiwis for this collective effort, and especially those who successfully raided his home which will hopefully lead to other investigations.
Here is an email to confirm there are no assumptions being made on who was arrested, as this was part of an exchange ongoing since mid-March.

News article archive about the arrest and charges, explicitly mentioning the email exchange. Expect more details June 22nd, the day he is next due in court.
I might be able to help with this, send me the photos you mentioned and I'll take a look at it and see if there's anything in there that may be actionable. If if it is, we may be able to get it some attention online. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, so if not, please let me know where to go with this...

This is just some weird fucker, almost definitely a man, who stole a bunch of images from a Korean model's social media account. There's nothing really "notable" or threadworthy, it's just a mentally ill freak.Originally posted here in the furry fandom & drama general. Probably a better fit here.
Yeah it’s bad. Apparently this is some korean girl that fucks dogs and “gloats” about it constantly. Frankly deserves her own thread. Absolutely disgusting; enter with caution. Put your hazmat suits on.

Yep. I believe it may be this girl (nini.chuu / Ji-in).This is just some weird fucker, almost definitely a man, who stole a bunch of images from a Korean model's social media account. There's nothing really "notable" or threadworthy, it's just a mentally ill freak.
Win reacting for that protest. Lynch mob when. There's a scandal growing in Seattle about a bar run by a group of furries, called Slightly Furry. It had a news article before things went bad.

In July a beware account started posting about zoophiles at the bar. One of the owners makes porn with Zoo Pride friends.

Naia Okami wrote a blog about being banned from their Telegram group for asking them to explain.

The bar got a lot of donations, and a long story from Dogpatch Press, tying furry zoophiles with the Adam Britton zoosadism trial.

Stupid furry antics are common but there are a few interesting parts about Adam Britton being protested. I don't know if this was posted anywhere else but here are some Aussies who want to throw Britton on the barbie.

But of course they open with 'maybe a Furry Raider in their telegram chat'. lmfaoIn July a beware account started posting about zoophiles at the bar. One of the owners makes porn with Zoo Pride friends.
That would be an easy clue of zoophile activism leading to finding more of it. As far as I can tell, the beware account was first to catch on that something was wrong with the furry bar.But of course they open with 'maybe a Furry Raider in their telegram chat'. lmfao
Does government funded zoosadism fit in here? I imagine not everyone will find these type of "experiments" to be all together bad; but to me, it's the same sadistic behavior, just gussied up in a government funded medical context.
Experiments like that, cruel and seemingly pointless, are sadly common. A lot of universities and labs need government money to keep running, so they do animal testing as an easy way to make money.
Other, apparently common experiments involve removing stomachs/intestines/other organs fromna healthy animal and then studying how long it takes to die with those removed. Normally done on dogs.
If you've ever read/watched The Plague Dogs, every single experiment mentioned was real and done to animals.
Animal testing is probably some form of zoosadism, you can't tell me that scientists don't get off to it if they keep doing it.
Hello I’m sorry I’m new to this, I’m an investigative advocate and I’m trying to identify the source of a video series being traded, can anyone please help me? It’s videos of a black and white Dalmatian in a bathtub produced by someone named @MaleAndFemale supposedly they had an onion site and tortured animals, does anyone recognize this?I've been kinda perusing this thread for a while and realized something today.
It seems to me that the old zoosadist, K9bitchlover, might be the same as the apparently deceased furaffinity user Gizgiz. Both Swedish. Both posting german shepards in bondage, just one posting a real dog and one just commissioned art. One supposedly arrested around 2011, one apparently dead by 2012.
If I'm right, either they faked dead on the Gizgiz account as a cover up, or it's just a very specific coincidence.
I know there was a FA specifically under the name K9bitchlover, but it could have just been a dupe account for people to find him. Strangely, Illone Sheppypaws (as Niclo) followed the one account.
