Sorry to be the bringer of more bad news, I recently found this japanese livefeeding channel named FROG EAT (also has a side account called FROG EATS).

Live feeding is already bad in itself and technically illegal in most places as well, but I’m not going to dwell onto that point specifically as it’s not my intent with this post.

The owner of this channel owns a wide variety of animals, all in bulk, but the main ones are hamsters (the main preys, I’ve also seen mice being used, but hamsters are the ones being live fed the most), frogs of different types (pacman frogs, african bullfrogs, budget frogs usually being the predators, but occasionally being made to eat each other and other kinds of smaller frogs).
Other predated animals featured in the channel are baby chicks, sea animals like octopuses or smaller fish, other than frogs we can see the occasional snake eating them as well.
This is not like most live feeding channels, there is no kind of care being put towards either the victim nor the attacker animal, every video is filmed in a stressful environment for every critter involved in order to maximize the suffering of all parties.

Yeah this is just one of the many animal abuse rabbit holes you can find on youtube, there’s a specific branch of people taking pleasure in seeing small rodents suffer, especially hamsters, I’m not too fond of them myself either, but these deaths are so atrocious that are in no way justifiable.

Though, I guess comments like these are sadly a dime a dozen with the amount of views such videos can receive. I've had the displeasure of these randomly circulating into the "related videos" section of the most random shit on YouTube a few times, so I wonder if they just tag complete bullshit to try to garner larger audiences?

This is fucked. I meant to mention this in my original reply, but I've seen those fucking gross videos of Asian women torturing and eating live sea animals and fish, like octopus and... I don't know, basically anything under the sun that lives in the ocean and is edible by humans in some way or another. There's a plethora of videos of them just biting into live animals and tearing off pieces of flesh while they're still alive and the thing is just squirming like crazy trying to get away, as well as removing fish and other animals from the water and allowing them to suffocate slowly while she inflicts further pain on them. It's horrible, it's part of the mukbang community or some shit. So these people just use the mukbang video category to fly under the radar and get away with posting these videos.

How? How the hell is this allowed? Furthermore, how has this topic not garnered more attention? I genuinely don't understand how this doesn't violate YouTube's TOS in some way. This is exceptionally fucked and the comment sections are just as disturbing as the videos. I used to fall down YouTube rabbitholes a long time ago, but I don't really get into it these days. I had no idea there were... like, subcommunities of people and channels that produce and share this genre of video on fucking YouTube. I guess I just assumed they'd be better moderated by YouTube compared to the first few years of YouTube, but clearly a lot of shit falls through the cracks even now.

Australia takes crimes like this seriously and I love ‘em for it. I wish other countries took crimes such as this seriously. This guy deserves to have his face plastered all over the internet and animal rights groups should bore him a new one. (I only say this because he likely isn’t going to be in jail for long.)

This update still just feels so surreal to me. I’ve never seen a zoosadist get caught so quickly. Keep in mind 1 Bitch 9 Puppies is also relatively new, it was uploaded in ~2020. So it only took ~2 years for him to get caught despite him hiding his identity pretty well in the video. (He did make one simple mistake in the video which revealed his location but still.) Like I said, it’s all so surreal.

I look forward to June 22nd. Can’t wait for his ugly mug to become public.

I was originally planning to write a bigger post or thread about the "monkey hate" ecosystem that exists on Youtube, but after some time looking, there didn't seem to be all that much to discuss about it. It's just an easy topic to A-log.

Though it ranges in level of sadism, some people like seeing monkeys get tormented or nurtured (or both). A lot of the monkey haters say they love other animals but just hate monkeys, usually blaming "uncanny valley" as a factor.
This is my plain, no-tin-foil-hat-conspiracy take of the situation: poor SE Asians, who have an abundance of macaque monkeys and little money, have responded to both monkey hate and nurture demands of the world. Sometimes, this entails bizarre, soap opera-like dramas that are prodded along by Cambodian monkey troupe paparazzi at Angkor Wat. Other times, baby monkeys are repetitiously bathed, diapered, overfed, and "disciplined" (AKA aggressively pointed at and slapped) by Indonesians, before the baby dies of a mysterious ailment right as it hits monkey puberty. I don't know why it's mostly Indonesia. In more perverted forms, the baby monkey is dropped in a pile of fire ants, thrown in water, stuck in plaster or various other objects before a half-assed "rescue" occurs. I'm not kidding, I think baby monkeys have been stuck in every possible object or architectural feature that exists in a SE Asian household. There's also a tug-of-war between "monkey abuse revealed" channels and "monkey abuse compilation" channels for getting each others' videos deleted over monkey footage out of SE Asia.

Anyhow, there's proof of people paying Indonesians to torture monkeys. It's fucked and sadly, not surprising considering all of the other horrific shit in this thread. This investigation was done by animal advocacy groups "Action For Primates" and "Lady Freethinker." Of course, the torture-per-view private groups were partly carried out on Telegram.

Oh, you are almost certainly correct. People have found out if you dig into the accounts supporting this shit at all they replicate the behavior of Youtube pedos. I think quite a few of them can be even directly related to that. Of course, Youtube does basically nothing about this.

So, a Youtuber I brought up named Euxodia Mysteries has brought up a problem with people uploading cat abuse and killing videos as they are able to find loop holes in doing so such as only having audio of the slaying of cats with a picture of them. You can hear everything, but you cannot see the abuse and crimes take place.
Basically, I did a little digging on my own and found some disturbing YT accounts if I search up Gato as that is the word these Youtube channels, specifically Japanese and Korean channels use when making these videos.

Apparently the user of this account was arrested, but only got two years sentenced.

This channel obviously belongs to someone who has sick pleasure in harming cats. All their uploads contains cats in seriously painful positions and packs of dogs eating a cat alive.
I do not think I can dive deeper into this because I love cats and it would just destroy me if I go any deeper, but I feel you guys can handle this better and figure out exactly why this is going on.
