Honestly, not that autistic of a theory. Even if Phil doesn't necessarily frame it like that, he might have agreed to appear on Lolcow Live if Keem appeared on his stream first to test the waters. I imagine Phil is still weary of Keem, so he'd want their first potential meeting to be on his home turf, both to ban chatters he doesn't like and to collect the views/superchats. Probably the biggest point against it is I don't know if Phil would have that level of foresight, he's not really known for planning ahead.

It's also possible Phil has someone from KC acting as a mediator/idea guy and they helped facilitate the meeting to ease Phil into a guest spot on Lolcow Live.

Keemstar is a professional snake. Him flirting with DSP is really no surprise because Keemstar has no shame, and will do/say literally anything to make money and control people. If cuddling up to DSP gets his foot in the door he will absolutely take it. He's done this numerous times, Boogie being his most recent victim. While Boogie brings most of his problems onto himself Keemstar is absolutely instigating his behavior and manipulating him like a puppet. Keemstar has no soul so he's not capable of things like self-reflection, empathy, morality, or fairness. These are alien concepts to Keem so this nice guy persona is just a means to an end. He wants Phil on his podcast. Money didn't work so now he's trying the carrot on the stick. Don't expect anything meaningful from this interview. He will only boost Phil's ego so that he will feel more comfortable to come onto the lolcow podcast.
