advices to get a bf

Hi, I know I only started my account a few days ago but I'd like to contribute if that's okay. I think it's important you ask yourself what you're looking for in the first place. By that I mean, what kind of relationship do you want to have with this person? Short-Term? Long-Term? And what sort of traits would an individual like that even have? From what I can gather, you have a means of income which means you're relatively independent, so starting a relationship with someone shouldn't be that difficult. From there it's either a matter of assessing if you're ready for a relationship, what kind of character you possess, and going up to a guy and forming a relationship from there. It's also probably a better idea to start off friendly rather than flirty. I hope my reply helped, good luck!

Don't open by talking romantically. You don't want the guy who isn't weirded out by that. Talk about normal stuff. If there's anything worth pursuing romantically it will come naturally at some point. Assuming you aren't a homo-guy, you have the advantage of being female so you can just set the expectation that he will be the one to initiate the sexual innuendo. Don't be a cunt, laugh at his jokes. If you're worried about the black thing, maybe after you make introductions and get to talking a bit more regularly, drop some light racial jokes at your own expense to signal to him you aren't going to fly off the handle over a little bit of racial humor from him and then don't fly off the handle because of a little bit of racial humor.
