There is no repetition of the same material being reposted over and over. The jerking off is a meme. This one is always brand new.

It's probably because that's what stuck with him from the helicopter company, where there were a lot of grown ups talking about grown up things.

I've long thought that he has been larping like a middle aged mature adult male-noid asswipe that is in a super comfortable middle management position. This is evident in how he refuses to do anything outside of his daily 'scheduled work hours', how he conducts his daily sales meetings-er Podcast, and with how he tries to drum up tips throughout the day. '"Now guys, the sales figures are low. Why are they low? This is a business and we need sales to make a living. Do you need me to go out there and show you how it's done? Do you want me to do your job for you?"

As @Mr.PiggyOinkOinkOinkOink said, there's a certain point where that sympathy ends. The guy is over 40, has been burned multiple times because of his selfishness, and has not corrected himself at all. He's not going to change. The tissue paper ego won't get better.

He's got undiagnosed autism on a small level. That's mainly the problem with him.

Phill dug his own hole full of crap, he never learned any kind of lesson life gave him, why would he even need a role model ? His ego being so all over the top, he's always in the right, he cannot be wrong, right ?
And god after all those fails, bad behavior etc he really really got lucky to still have a house to live in, not that i wish anything bad to him, but his future is indeed pretty dark and hopeless.
