The Twitch viewership for Concord continues to drop like a rock, even though it's on a Sunday night, which should be prime time, and still lags way behind the Monkey game:

It depends on how big the budget was compared to hyenas, which was pulled before release, and suicide squad - which sold marginally better but may have had a budget twice as large.

Sadly we'll probably never know.

Funnily enough, I know someone who worked on concept/decal work on Concord and he knew years ago it was destined to fail just based on the feedback they gave him. Basically sworn off all studio work now, since its not the first experience he's had like this.

Hyenas was such a fucking weird game, man. Like if you read the plot outline it comes across as like a John Waters movie. A ballerina, a drag queen and an autist dressed like sonic live in a place called the Taint and raid spaceships owned by the wealthy elite of Mars who plunder earth for Sega Genesis games. Like what?

At least it seems like they were trying with that one vs Concord which might be the most souless, sauceless shit I've ever seen.

All that really has to be said is that this game is a Valorant clone, which is itself an Overwatch clone. I wish the developers luck because they are going to need it for this dumb game.

A Morrowind clone would be better received. Imagine all of the Zoomers who give up on the game 5 minutes in because they need to use a map and follow directions?
