The game itself is fun. Nothing too special like the shills say it is, it's just a good indie game with some neat tricks up its sleeve. Unfortunately, it's not easy to like this game, with how repulsive the developers are. They seem intent on putting their faggotry in the actual game, with the official buttplug mod (what the fuck?!) and the inclusion of the faggot shark plush thing.

The details about Gianni and the recent Roblox game he's featured in are scattered across at least a dozen pages of that thread, so for context:

The game in question is Pressure, a loose Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion clone following in the footsteps of another SJSM clone thats popularity spawned an entire microgenre on the platform. During Pressure's development—because Roblox devving has become SRS BSNS over the years and everyone tries too hard now—its team was pursuing voice acting for the game's shopkeeper and de-facto mascot, Sebastian Solace, with the YouTube Yo Mama guy being considered first for whatever godforsaken fucking reason. I assume Gianni was went with instead due to greater availability and/or willingness, plus the added edge of "celebrity" credit.

Here's the thing though, especially post-ULTRAKILL: You've hired on Gianni Matragrano, cool! But that's the issue—you've hired on Gianni Matragrano.

Even if it's only because of UK (as well as him being among the more "OG" wacky woohoo meme voiceover personalities), you're calling for the work of a man with a deranged cult fanbase that does and will follow him wherever he ends up next, be that for bit parts in Fallen Aces and Zenless Zone Zero or for a flaming faggot protogen? (but I repeat myself) you fuck in the ass in a VR furry porn game. On top of that, you're working with a man who'll say or do just about anything in-character if you ask him nicely enough (as that Twitch clip shows), regardless of the character context or how appropriate it'd be. Motherfucker hands out fanservice like candy. Given this audio citation on Sebastian's wiki page, you'd think Pressure's team would know this, then as a fairly new team try their best to brace for the inevitable.

They. Did. Not.

This is without expanding upon how Sebastian himself was virtually lab-engineered to be a Tumblr sexyman (to reiterate, this character is "canonically" married to one of his designers, and is most certainly designed with attractiveness in mind) but adding Gianni to the equation made it worse to a comical degree. This is before considering the game itself wears its multiple UK references on its sleeve, aggressively takes inspiration from it, and the game's fanbase cites its UK-like elements first out of habit in dogwhistle-like fashion. This is without accounting for current and planned crossovers with other Roblox games so infamous on the platform for having absolutely nuclear fanbases that it's normie-tier to joke about how cum-brained and volatile they are (namely Regretevator, a SJW-element-heavy Elevator: Source clone which has some contextual posts about it on this page).

The results are, similarly, predictable. This character had no fucking chance.

TL;DR Gianni Matragrano is a harbinger of debauchery, his fanbase is radioactive, he knows they're radioactive (and in no ambiguous terms loves that about them), and a Roblox-based development team that really should've known better had to learn these lessons the hard way.

Those days are long over but the game still holds a special place in my heart and I look back on it fondly.

But with an actual team, i don't know what the fuck is taking them so long. Maybe vigorously testing the buttplug mod and thirsting after femboys on Reddit is causing so many delays.
