Apparently he said it on a Steel Toe Member's only show on youtube last night (as referenced in the second quote). Aaron couldn't remember off-hand, so he looked it up in his photos, he paid $800 in Vegas for that dress, that April wore to H with Nick.

Nick can only give her a roof over her head and some drugs, and maybe a seat at an exclusive dinner. Anyone saying April isn't a whore/prostitute isn't paying attention. She likes shiny things, and will jump the minute she finds something else, or the money runs out, or things get hard.

I am now curious how chummy Nick and White were before this case started. That also extends to Viva and Barnes.

Most of the speculations and inferences that are drawn RE: Nick's relarionships ans associations were taken from who he had on his show and whose shoes he appeared on--i.e. not that many. What appeared to be common sentiment was that he was isolated, but this might be a contraindicator. What did they talk about while Nick was blasted on drugs?

The only rational alternative to this that I can fathom is that Viva ans Barnes just jumped on a grift train for Nick content.

The other way they could show him lying is to produce the copy of the stream he watched and demonstrate that what he reported about it (Nick acting high as a kite and having white powder on his nose) were false. Good luck with that!

And as for the video being altered, my understanding is that Pomplum doesn't have to have watched a true and honest copy of the video in order to gain probable cause. He only had to believe that he was watching a true and honest copy, and then the search was authorized to verify whether or not the conclusions derived from that video were accurate. So, in order for Nick to successfully get the case thrown out based on the video being altered, it would have had to be altered to the extent that no reasonable person could believe that it accurately represented real events; like massive cuts, clear CGI suggesting it wasn't actually Nick pulling a DSP there at the end, some other voice dubbed in reading AnimeSucksCopeAndSneed's chat half a dozen times... A tiny watermark in the corner isn't going to do that. Even some blurry pixels from compression won't get you there, because a person could reasonably believe that the original video also had some blurry pixels.

Continuing from above, yes, this is entirely correct. Pomplun just had to have a reasonable expectation to initiate the investigation and slightly more than that for the warrant. Trial standards are another matter. Nick seems to want to adjudicate this all now before any case can be mounted against him so that he can preemtively declare victory over an ill-prepared and half-formed case.

There are cases where the government does abuse their ability to obtain warrants and the like to obtain evidence used to levy charges, but by reasonable standards, this does not seem to be one.

I guess, best case, but still very weak and not going to work: he could make the argument that the cop's training on magically knowing when someone is on cocaine and drunk and not just really drunk or on a legal stimulant and drunk is bullshit.
In all fairness that training probably is bullshit, cops are not human drug tests that can intuit the exact substances raging through your bloodstream. The state will probably uphold that the training is good because it is certified and all the cops have it so it must be good.
So then you have to pull up the behavioral criteria Nick would have to meet to be considered drunk and on illegal stimulants and not just drunk according to the cop's training. You have to show ways that the cop didn't comply with his training. And maybe you can make that argument: Nick is hardly energized, he's incoherent, he's nodding off on camera during his goon sesh, etc.
If the cop disregarded/didn't comply with the training that he claimed that he used to apply for the warrant you have a decent argument at reckless disregard for the truth for his application re: the cokestream. Getting passed-out sloppy on liquor on your own property is... not great parenting, and inadvisable, but it is not cause for the police to break down your door and go through your shit looking for cocaine.
I'm surprised we didn't see a pass at this yet, it's pretty close to the standard DWI attorney playbook re: breathalyzers.
