This is a pretty typical initial demand letter when you're trying to get the other party to do something without you having to actually initiate litigation. Maybe a more teenage bitchy tone than most, but this is pretty normal.

Not wanting to open a PL barrel here but i had letters written by lawyers i paid for before and i'd be fucking furious if i had seen them penning drivel like that up. I know this shit won't go anywhere but this is something that makes your law advisors look really bad if it lands in front of a judge.
