Hey why'd that [RANDOM SPERG] get banned?

As someone whos spent the better part of their life in the Church be very leery of someone who refers to themselves as a "good Christian" or brags about how good of a Christian they are. These people lack a fundamental understanding of the faith and are usually extremely hypocritical and self-righteous. From a doctrinal standpoint these people can very easily wind up on a slippery slope toward cults like the westboro baptist church.


But back OT, although he seemed a bit spergy, I was indifferent to Pvt until I saw him make an actual petition for SCSF to smoke weed. That was one of the most weenish things I've ever witnessed. So when bann happened I was already fine with it. Didn't know he was being creepy and shit to the females. Good riddance.

I can't seem to find it anywhere so forgive me, but what exactly did he do in the Wizard chan thread? Weenery I assume?

For those wanting to know, Carlson was a previously banned user.

He was very adamant about sharing Skype contact details, so be wary if you added him. His ban involved posting pictures of a forumer to different places. It's pretty likely he'll try to rant about the evils of the forum and it's staff, then spook you into submission with extremely realistic dynamite noises.

It was the big Null-approved one we had in the general discussion forum. As I recall, he got super upset about the act of giving to Chris because it would make him dependent, like feeding a bear or something? It never was very clear, but I told him that giving was something you did because you were a good person and, at least in my case, I didn't want to watch a human being suffer needlessly when I could help end it, not because it made you feel good (although it ain't wrong to feel good about being good) or because you got something out of it. Like, he seemed to be in the "I want Chris to hit rock bottom with a thud" category, and couldn't for the life of him understand why people didn't like that attitude, myself included.

He got me to seriously consider if I was a terrible human or not, but I came to the conclusion that I wasn't and that he had a strange definition of charity, and honestly he was kind of mean. Not to me, mind, but I got the strong impression that he was a dog-eat-dog kind of guy, not the kind of guy I'd want to be the only person driving along a deserted highway where I'd broken down, because it really seemed like he'd have kept driving without a thought.

Null was kind of incredulous along with me, in that thread. Good times, good times.
