It's this, 100%. Assuming what I posted earlier is correct (IANAL), they basically have a legal obligation to wind down Frost Dragon Art LLC and sell the assets. Because this ends up as part of Piche's estate, this would have to be done all "above board", so if the debts still existed, they'd need to sell it at whatever the site is actually worth, else the creditors would be able to have a field day in court over it. If you eliminate all the debts, there's nothing stopping Sciggles from paying $1 for it, because nobody else needs any part of Piche's estate. The house is probably worth more than the outstanding mortgage balance, so that's not a problem that needs to be fully resolved, they can just sell it and that will be that.

You can totally tell that Sciggles is maneuvering here to take over ownership of the site. If she didn't want it, there's nothing stopping them from selling it to like, Bad Dragon, at whatever it's valued at. It would probably pay off the medical bills and everything else, but then Sciggles would be deprived of her e-fame, so of course the better option is to convince the "community" that the site will have to close down if they don't get $200,000 right now NOW NOW NOW!!!!

Which rings bells why he couldn't get anything but bloodwork done. Basically you don't have machine that big. Won't fit in ct, won't fit in mri.

Site doesn't need 2k to operate and working etc. capital is already in the server. It has 5-6 employes so whatever that LLC is actually worth. Prob mother and other family is employed in that firm or some other leechy crap. House mortgage can be on llc as well as other garbage.
Whole thing is frankly retarded and it serves to show you reap what you sow. Site didn't kick out scammers and other kind of crooks and now they are back for everything, donations and site. It's just gonna die in one big fire with scriggles in it. There's no way this broke ass women can manage finances properly.
How is she even in the whole thing I have no idea, she's married to someone else, so why she's getting the funds I don't know. Usually parents are gonna inherit everything.

It's irrelevant. The X-ray imaging was enough for a lung biopsy to be performed as the next step.

He would've received instructions from the pulmonologist about calling 911 if his condition was deteriorating. He also would've received these from his first emergency department visit. He avoided seeking medical care. Did he want to die? Did he want to make sure he didn't go into so much debt that his estate would be insolvent? Who knows. Regardless, it was his choice.

oh yerk I thought that name looked familiar. He was of course nowhere to be seen when I posted something on the same site about scumbags who defend trash by saying "free speech!" It makes me think I should finish this dumb sketch after all, which I abandoned as a weak concept.

those shields are hilarious, but a flag is also a good choice.
I have seen PICTURES of Ku Klux Klan representatives but I do not believe the organization has a substantial number of members now. There are probably more people who own gold fur-affinity icon badges than Klan hoods in 2024.
