How long ago was this?
Can someone check who is doing these decisions in Alabama and Tennessee?
Johnson-Abernathy-Graetz (JAB) high school in Montgomery, Alabama
Enrollment for 2007 was 1,508 students; 48 percent was male and 52 percent was female. Ethnicities enrolled at the school were white, black, and Hispanic. African-American enrollment was 94 percent, white enrollment was 2 percent, Hispanic enrollment was 2 percent, and Asian enrollment was 1%.
The school was named after the only-ever president of the Confederate States of America, Jefferson Davis, in the 1960s, a century after the Confederacy collapsed.[2]
In 2020, the school district's board of education voted to change the school's name,[3] a decision that was affirmed in 2022 despite two years of opposition from local pro-Confederacy groups. The school is to be renamed JAG High School, in honor of three civil rights leaders: Frank Minis Johnson, a judge who ruled in favor of Rosa Parks to strike down segregation policies in Montgomery; pastor and activist Ralph Abernathy; and Robert Graetz, a minister who helped organize the Montgomery Bus Boycott.

If Trump wins this year, it's going to be just like 2016: we're going to win so much, we'll get tired of winning.
I'd consider early net to be early 90s to late 90s - when BBS and Usenet were big.
execept up until the 2000s even the unlimited internet plans back then had a cap of like 20 hours a month or something hilarious. i'm sure there are people who spend just 20 hours a day on 4chan. imagine only 20 hours a month of internet.https://www.nytimes.com/1998/02/10/business/america-online-to-raise-fee-for-unlimited-use-to-21.95.htmlwhen BBS and Usenet were big.
That won't work since they will effectively be confessing to staging a full-on illegal coup to prevent Trump from serving that second term. But mostly because, by doing what you said, Kamala and Biden and god knows how many people, who carried out the coup and then covered it up after the fact via all sorts of hellfire and damnation, would effectively be admitting to high treason and the US government would have to straight up EXECUTE the fuckers on the spot, no trials just straight up shoot them in the face with shotguns, blowing their heads into bloody smears on live TV and chuck the bodies into furnaces (to deny them proper Christian burial) to keep any sort of credibility after doing so. And in the end, Trump still gets to be President but more to the point, officially becomes President For Life, because of this because you've basically proven Democracy to be dead and created the environment where the anti-Trump half of the country are traitors who can be murdered on the spot for their hatred of Trump and how they gleefully became part of the cover up by spending four years terrorizing the pro-Trump half of the country.I've been thinking about this since the beginning. Honestly, I can see a nightmare scenario play out from this.
So, Trump wins 2024. They immediately investigate 2020, and in fact find that there was enough fraud that was significant to have changed the results.
Dems go, oh darn, you caught us.... but that means this is your third term, and you can't have a third term so Kamila wins by default!
was the same here in the mid 90s, been the same since really. Cousins kids and grandkids going through it over the past 25, 30 years. Aunt was a teacher way back when, and you are dead on, mostly good teachers trying to teach up the communities kids.As someone that grew up in one of these areas, I can explain why you may not see as many people angry in Alabama or Tennessee or other red states, when I went to school, my teachers (from elementary school all the way up to high school) were local, either living in the county or maybe in a neighboring county and they were all usually from the state instead of being from some lefty shithole, they were largely conservative minded and while I haven't been back to school since I graduated I imagine this system is still in place where I lived. So, depending on the areas they live in they may have their children going to school with little actual trouble because the teachers there aren't demented ghouls trying to turn the kids into drones that worship the state.
It's not possible because the electors are the ones that decide the elections, and they are independent in theory. They can be 'faithless'. It's not in the constitution that they HAVE to vote for who won the state's election. Their count is all that matters and once that's certified, there's no going back.I've been thinking about this since the beginning. Honestly, I can see a nightmare scenario play out from this.

Quentin reeks of the sort of Bill Maher liberal who still thinks it's the 90s/00s with the GOP being nothing but a bunch of bible thumpers, censorship fiends, and racists lapdogs of the elite while the Democrats are the party of the working class, free speech advocates, and cultured elites.
No no no no no no no no noI've been thinking about this since the beginning. Honestly, I can see a nightmare scenario play out from this.

Don't you dare get my hopes up.That won't work since they will effectively be confessing to staging a full-on illegal coup to prevent Trump from serving that second term. It's horrifying that the Dems psyoped people into forgetting how essential Tipper Gore was to those witch hunts. It was the Democrats who attacked videogames in the 90s.

My suspicion was that Trump's open distrust of absentee voting in 2020 may have led to his loss in the swing states he won 4 years earlier. If Republicans took his comments as a reason to not vote absentee when in-person voting was either inconvenient or not an option due to COVID rules in place the time, that could have played a roll in his loss (along with the usual shenanigans to be expected in any big election).
Bill Clinton is to blame for that. The price Tipper paid to get Al the VP slot was being told to STFU and give up any idea of having any sort of career or cause and spend the rest of her natural life, standing very very quiet like a super submissive Japanese woman who's husband beats her every night if she doesn't stay exactly five steps behind him when they walk in public.Don't you dare get my hopes up.

The guy behind Project 2025 is Paul Dans, an NYC attorney who came up through the Federalist Society, which was founded in 1982 and shaped by the Reagan-HW Bush years. It's dominated by Reagan and Bush people. The entire idea behind Project 2025 is personnel is policy, which was the core philosophy of Reagan-HW Bush's 12 years. In the last 5-10 years, the Reagan people have been mostly aging out, the HW Bush people, some of them also aged out, the rest are getting there but not quite yetCan you go more into depth on this for a young dumb dumb such as I?
Stating the obvious isn't a win for free speech if they aren't going to do anything about it.
You'd have a major problem with the electors selecting Biden, not Trump. So you'd have to make the legal argument that Trump won the election but received no rewards for winning it. However he is still subject to the penalties for having won it.I've been thinking about this since the beginning. Honestly, I can see a nightmare scenario play out from this.

Okay, fair enough I'm wrong, and the constitution covers that. I still think they're retarded enough to desperately try if it gets to that point. This is clown world after all. Things like "Shall not be infringed." is a difficult concept.
Oh yeah I remember seeing one of those videos about some lesbian looking woman being stoked about sending an email. Crazy to think people were online at that time. Wonder who the first person to call someone a FAGGOT online is.That's the early web. The early (public) net was throughout the 80s.
I've heard Beyonce will be there. It’ll be a fake town hall like the DNC, more spectacle and planted audience.
Probably some graduate student at Stanford or UCLA when ARPANET first startedOh yeah I remember seeing one of those videos about some lesbian looking woman being stoked about sending an email.
