Yea I was thinking along the lines of parodying an existing one like your first one, because Chibi himself is a parody of a man and his cosplays are basically parodies of what he is trying to cosplay as.

So, something like "Coomer x Coomer" or "My Ero Academia" or "Samurai Noshampoo" but then I realized I actually don't know all that many anime titles :(

Is he trying to imply there's some conspiracy going on to keep his power off? Maybe this is another Americanism I don't understand, but in many countries power companies want shit sorted as fast as possible or they start incurring fines and with certain services customers can claim money back if they're not getting what they paid for.

Either way, I think we can all agree that Chibi should storm outside and find some electricians to give a piece of his mind to. He is an expert, after all.

He is complaining like a teenager but he is right about this, South/southeastern Michigan has power provided by a single shitty monopoly that's grown more corrupt and inefficient in recent years and when weather takes out power it's typically down for 1-3 days now, if it happens more than a couple times in one summer they might give you $50 off one month's bill if you're lucky. t. Michigander that also currently has no power after last night's storm
