One thing that stood out to me during their performative "I hate goodbyes" skit, was that neither one of them said anything like "Don't worry it's only X days" "We'll be together in X days and on holiday!". It might mean nothing since it was performative, and I'm sure Salah will show up, but it was curious to me.

If they stay a month, her visa run would be due during the Christmas holidays, just in time for her to fly back to Canada to see her family. Plus, Salah likes Thailand, and I agree he would want to stay at least a month.

As a Canadian citizen, she can enter Thailand on a 30 day visa exemption. But in the last month or so, they temporarily doubled the visa exemption period to 60 days. Last time she was there, I believe she applied for a 60 day single entry visa before they traveled. Salah doesn't qualify for a visa exemption or visa on arrival, so he'll have to have applied again before travel.
