This was such a great watch, and a depressing insight into how indian society functions. Everyone is desperate to survive, yet there is no quality of life. You either sleep outside on the street among the rats, or in a tiny unventilated room with 50 other people, no way of attending to your basic human needs, all the infrastructure is crumbling, horrors everywhere you look. The guy had to skinny dip in a sewer and scoop 15 buckets of human feces to make like $60, wtf??
To survive in a society like that, you have to scam & be a pest (only they describe it in nice terms like "bargain" and "charm"). You either scam, or get scammed.
From a "human survival instinct" standpoint I understand their drive to move to western countries, to escape this actual hell on earth. But I don't understand how any westerner could watch footage like this and think, "YES let's import hundreds of thousands of these people into fucking Alberta!". Indians have no frame of reference for what it's like to contribute to a pro-social, functioning society, cause how could they? How could a person ever manage to learn concepts like "sanitation" or "workers rights" or "altruism" when they're constantly getting robbed by their landlords and trying not to die of dysentery? Hopping on a plane and crossing the ocean doesn't undo all that generational trauma. And it's hard to teach newcomers these concepts when they refuse to integrate/improve their standards. All they can do is drag down the quality of life for the people they live and do business with.

Everything you said was true but these three things I quoted are super-true. Every single company that takes the jeet pill, it always is the same: It looks like they are going to get a sweet deal and they always think they are the first ones to ever figure out they can hire jeets, the first month goes great and they think they've found a way to cut salaries by 95%. Then bam, you wake up and it's 10, 20 years later, and their product has not fucking changed in all of that time and they are facing cartoony shit like nobody knows how it works anymore and then a major Windows update breaks one small thing and fucks the entire company. One of the billion dollar companies I worked at, I looked at the git history, 10-15 years ago the white names ended and then you started seeing a bunch of shitty jeet names and then they'd revert back every couple of years, which means they collectively admitted the jeets did absolutely fucking nothing and they went backwards and wasted time on the level of 2 year chunks. Imagine doing this as a white dude, you'd get sued. Also imagine how the company reverts their shit back every 2 years and still keeps not admitting the jeets aren't fucking doing anything.
This is another thing I always tell business owners and they don't listen, if they hire them directly they can get them cheap but again, same shit, bam 5 years later you wake up and somehow it's all through a shitty recruiter company, and that's why the recruiting industry is so on fire - they don't give a flying fuck about tech or anything they just get as many jeets as possible filling jobs. There's sooooo many faggot jeets on job sites all using the same recruiting software because they know all it takes is one lucky day with some retarded CEO and that's how it starts.
This is yet another thing I always tell dipshit business owners. You don't not only not save money with jeets, you lose money. If they do it for cheap, they fuck it up and make them go backwards, they lose revenue and shrink, they always hire a white guy to make up for it. If the jeets do it for free, either the jeets are waiting for the right time to turn shit off or activate their backdoor or logic bomb, or they suck so much ass they fuck shit up anyway totally unawarely. Same shit - lost revenue, shrink, then they hire a white guy to bail them out. I cannot tell you how many times I have told this to business owners and they always think they are so smart and think they are the first ones to notice cheap jeet labor. We have the same fight about how they call me racist, then we split up and 6 months later, I always get the same call with the owner crying and begging for me to come back because the jeets they hired turned their shit off and held them for ransom.
Hiring jeets literally never has ever ever worked out any single time, dipshit business owners just think it does because the jeets suck their dick and then they lose the ability to tell right from left and then they have no idea they are losing revenue.
Because jeets try to hide it and they never watch the video, and so does Google/Youtube. Every time some tourist does a world checklist where they want to visit tons of countries, they are completely innocent and have no idea what India is, they go there and they are shocked at how shit it is. Then a few months later their video gets de-ranked or de-listed. Google only tends to keep videos of India where the entire footage is just outside a major city and there's a bunch of smiling jeets standing around, so they can play it off as them being happy. When we all know the only reason why jeets ever smile is because they are trying to scam white tourists nearby.

There's a reason why their employees all lie on their LinkedIns and claim that they worked for the client instead of their actual employer: no one with a brain hires anyone with experience at any of the contracting firms.

I was going to wait to include this in my mega jeet-radar post but, let's touch on it a little now.
If you are in the tech sector and think Indians are bad, waaaaaaaaait until you meet freshers. Freshers are Indians who just graduated college (more like, "graduated", "college", but you get the idea) and are "fresh" from there. They are basically what you'd call unpaid interns. Even fucking other Indians hate freshers. Freshers are the very very very bottom of the barrel of the worst of the worst because they are basically unaware scabs, which means they will work for free. Even Indians hate them for how scabby they are which should tell you something. Freshers suck dick even harder than your normal average jeet and freshers fall for equity pay scams (basically the company promising them worthless stock) every. single. time. Freshers have the stupid college graduate kid mentality and think they're going to change the world and that they know how software works now.
As freshers get the job and slowly figure out that no pay is ever ever coming ever, it is now in their best interests to either make shit up about you, or turn shit off and claim you did it. All they have is their clout that they did work ("did work") for a few months and now they know that they are not getting paid, so they will try to turn shit off and hold the company hostage if they can - it's literally in their best interests now. Also, in case you didn't guess - freshers are the absolute most fucking ass-anus-dogshit of all the coders in the entire world. We're talking like that shit where they don't know what a for loop is and they write 10,000 pages of if's.
While there will always be an Indian willing to work for $2 an hour and suck dick, there will also always be a fresher who is willing to work FOR FREE and super-suck dick. The company promises them pay which is a lie and then the fresher will take it out on YOU - and the company won't be able to see how this is their fault and expect you to live in an alternate universe where it's your problem now because, prove it or not, the fresher deleted fucking everything and you've got to get them back.
