ma' guy i ain't a fed. Im some bulgarian in a random ass village on the border. I can prove it if you are this paranoid
oh sweet you're also in [some bulgarian in a random ass village on the border], haha let's meet up haha (: hot singles in your area
if you actually are Bulgarian don't you have a war to be in? What's with the fedposting on the forum in regards to furries when Bulgaria is at war or some gay shit that prevents most if not all of them from being on the internet.
not to break character or anything but actually what IS going on over there? i'm not aware of any war involving bulgaria

the last war we've been in was WW2 and we kinda didn't do much there. So i guess the last major war we had where we actually did something was WW1 where we kicked britain's ass like 3 times over in the exact same spot

If you're gonna pretend to live somewhere at least read up on their history

To get all the filth in one place so when the immigrants finally get off their asses they can bomb the place and get a fat multikill and clean the earth up a little. I mean, everyone is in one place and all it takes is a few Khyber pass edition AK's and a homemade bomb or two.

Atleast then the west will realize that importing immigrants en masse is a bad idea. And a lot of filth will be gone so were 2 for 1 here. And, let's be honest: Furries are animals. They self idenitify as such, and so let's take them for what they identify as and hunt them down. I mean, killing animals ain't illegal, is it?
May I recommend weed, mango juice, and watching some YouTube?
You really need to calm the fuck down, my man. "Total _______ Death" is a meme.

There wasn't as much drama with DenFur this year, but I still managed to find some pretty funny highlights through a casual Twitter search.

First, the tamer stuff:
Someone tried to start an unauthorized mini festival in a parking lot nearby without a permit or asking for permission. Seems like it lasted for a few hours before police told them to shut it down.

The replies are pretty funny though.

The glass door in someone's shower fucking exploded in the middle of the night. I'm inclined to believe this one is a freak accident, but still worth noting.

Every highlight under this spoiler is NSFW:
Guy complains about diaper furries being in the proximity of literal children. Tons of furries immediately scream "stop kinkshaming!!!!" and call him a pedophile for complaining, so he starts hiding replies.

I have no clue what is going on in this picture but I feel it should be archived anyway:

Animal Art Crimes seems to have its raison d'être being to be super obnoxious to the point of being kicked out of everything they do. Because wow, punk rebel street underground.

At least Animal Art Crimes (long tweet means they're paying for Twitter Blue, by the way! Regular Twitter users can only write up to 280 characters and the initial tweet far surpasses that) is living up to the name of committing crimes to sell animal art. Doesn't help how the people hosting the event are called "Animal Art Crimes" not helping with this event.

I had a feeling that would happen, if the con's dying then its problem patrons are probably fleeing to more pristine pastures.
i cannot bring myself to care about the 'sanctity' of a buttsex on call app, its a fucking hookup app for homos, STD GO gotta catch em all
anyone who uses it deserves what they get

ITS HAPPENING

Rainfurrest 2.0 here we gooooooooooooo
Slight powerleveling here but I was *this* close to booking a room at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center as my one overnight hotel stay during my trip up to northwestern Washington due to being fascinated by its history with Rainfurrest.

But thankfully my sanity kicked in and reminded me that it would've been a bad idea from both a logistical and spiritual standpoint, it's too far from my point-of-arrival and I bet you that place is cursed to Hell and back.

You may be onto something here. I was doing another casual search of denfur tweets and one very odd thing is that the convention has not released any numbers regarding attendance.

Why is this odd? Nearly every single furry convention will end with a closing ceremony and include a few statistics for the crowd, like how much was donated to the charity, the number of fursuiters present, and total attendance. Denfur hasn't even posted an estimated attendance yet and the event's been over for over three days at this point.

A few random tweets I saw pointing this out:

I happened to know someone who attended Denfur, so I DM'd them and asked them for their thoughts. To quote them:
-no fursuit parade, no floor wars, no dead dog dance.
-no badge pickup on Thursday. Everyone had to wait to get their badges Friday morning and the lines were pretty long.
-Thursday night rave wasn't held in the main ballroom, it was some smaller room in the basement. Maybe the con did that to save money on rental costs?
-the dealer's den and artist's alley was way bigger this year. They had a bigger room for them and I'm guessing maybe 100-120 vendors? I wonder if they thought they were expecting fewer people so they added more dealer slots to help make up for the lower income.
-during the closing ceremonies, one of the staff on stage said something like "We had at least 3000 attendees this year but we don't have an exact count due to our new registration system".

The Wikifur page on DenFur states the 2023 attendance was 4,232. If the final count is indeed around 3000-ish, that's a pretty significant drop. If accurate, they'd have the biggest drop in attendance for any furcon this year.

3,000 furries is still 3,000 too many

That vendor count for the number of attendees seems... disproportionate somehow? It's a ratio of about 25 attendees to each vendor, and that seems like a poor ratio for the vendors to make money. As a comparison, Anthrocon had a ratio of 50:1 with their ~17650 attendees and ~350 vendors.

Anybody seeing the "green pup" in the last picture with the Markiplier boob towel with the bulge. Totally normal. Family friendly and kid friendly. Totally normal to wear a diaper outside your suit

It's a kink. A furry convention is just a place to have a big sexual hook up.

We seriously need internet regulation for the children. Protect them while we can.... So they don't end up like this...

Or ending up like the people at Boeing who cant build shit anymore and leaves our astronauts trapped in space.

Actually, if you consider there's a sizeable group of furries who sexualize aeroplanes, it makes sense that Boeing is a laughing stock if they all work for the company. Supervisors there were too busy humping the 737 MAX planes rather than checking for loose door bolts.

Or maybe said plane-humping loosened the door bolts? That would explain why they’re actually killing the whistleblowers rather than buying them off like in the good old days.

Yeesh, 3,000 con-goers is bad. That’s more along the lines of an obscure comic-con than a furry convention in a state capital.

I'll be honest, the smaller cons can be quite pleasant in their own way since the vibe tends to be more pleasant and calm, big cons you just kind of get lost in the crowd if you don't stick to your friends.
